Such an experience and on our last night. The food was delicious and being about to wander around made the occasion so the better. Seeing live lobsters, oysters being cooked and where the lobsters are stored off the boat was incredible.

The food was served relatively quickly, especially given how busy the restaurant was. We had lots of fun with a few lobsters and oysters. Look forward to returning on our next visit to the area

We heard a lot about this place as you can pull your boat right up. Wife and I went for a lovely date night tender cruise around the bay and landed here for our dinner. Easy parking on the docks but could see it being busier than it was.
We did our standard 6 oysters and a bowl of lobster bisque out of the gates – this formula has been treating us well thus far. Would’ve liked more chunks of lobster in the bisque but flavor was there. For entrees we did the lazy lobster because we are midwesterners who don’t have the skill nor ambition to crack a whole lobster. It was delicious and full of flavor with no work required to get to the soul of the lobster species.
Only thing that sort of soured the meal was the lack of attentive service. We had extremely long wait times in between ordering, which would be understandable if it was slammed but it was just normal crowd at that time. I even couldn’t continue my crusade for coleslaw testing because our waitress forgot it TWICE. I’ll save the slaw for another day. All in all, a fun spot that has a great gift shop.

A true Maine-must! Just around the corner from Boothbay Harbor, over the historic swing bridge, we had the best meal of our vacation. Robinson’s is as Maine as it gets. From sea-to-table, every lobster dish was incredible and the ambience and entire Robinson’s Wharf experience was a highlight of our trip. Lobster rolls, cold drinks and ice cream is exactly what we needed. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and stop here if you’re in the area!!

This was the perfect place after we visited the botanical gardens. Jake who served us was just immaculate, special shout to him for serving a such a big group of us. Food was amazing, drink selections were fantastic. They are right but the water and it just feels perfect while your eating oysters and lobster rolls.

I’d never had a lobster roll, never been to Maine, and wondered what the fuss was about. Well, Robinson’s taught me. The oysters set me up for a real treat: The Lobster Roll. Whoa. It was fresh, meaty, and really impressed. I feared it’d be drowning in mayo but I found the focus stayed on the main attraction: the lobster. I’ll be back! The service, atmosphere, live music, and kind staff all matched the 5 star experience.

Beautiful location and excellent seafood. The server was friendly, I just had to wait a little longer than preferred for him to come over a few times.

Beautiful views! Came here for dinner last night and it took forever to get our food! Service was on the slower side! Views make up for it! Drinks are really good!

We’ve eaten here twice. First visit — really great! Arrived at 5:30 and got two kids meals and two adults meals. Second visit — arrived at 7 and ordered right away and waited 1.5 hours for what you see in this photo. The lobster tanks kept our kids patient for as long as possible but I don’t understand why our server only checked in on us once in 1.5 hours and only with us waving him down. Ended with us asking to getting it to go after over an hour of waiting. At that point we should have just left when I had the feeling they hadn’t even started our order — a cup of chowder, a kids’ Mac and cheese and fries, and one lazy lobster meal. I love supporting small businesses but this was a really unfortunate end to our night. It would’ve been nice if even a manager or the server checked in to tell us they were running so behind, but nothing was offered until we were an hour in and inquired and the answer was “everyone came all at once.”

Welcoming and friendly staff! The muscles in wine sauce were ah-mazing, the breaded fried green beans so tasty and chicken wings delicious. Full bar, and lovely views too! Will return!
