We dove an hour and a half to try the sandwiches and got desserts as a treat! It was well worth the drive. The staff was very friendly, they explained how they make everything fresh every day and the difference in all their sandwiches. We tried one of each! The coconut bacon was crazy good.

Visited here a couple weeks ago for the first time and I was absolutely blown away at how INCREDIBLE this place is. I got the blackberry French toast twist and the Homer doughnut. When I say those were the best baked goods I’ve ever had…I mean it!! The earl grey cupcake was phenomenal as well. Never had anything like it and I was so happy I tried it. I cannot wait to go back next time I come down to Jacksonville. 10/10 all around.

We are gluten free and vegan, so its not easy to come by good desserts that meet our dietary needs. We had the cupcakes and the doughmuffs. Both items were delicious and had great consistency. Would recommend and return to this place.

I recently ordered an incredible 10 inch yoga pants cake. It was incredible. Incredibly rich and delicious and it looked as beautiful as it tasted
The baked goods available are divine, but do not limit yourself to just the display items. There are a number of orderable goods and the office staff are truly incredible.
I had a mishap where I was unable to get my cake due to having the flu. I was prepared to pay for and then order another cake, but instead they refused to let me settle for an old cake and they made another to replace it so that we could have a fresh cake. It was a relief and I am glad others got to enjoy a piece of the twin of our cake we ultimately enjoyed.
The level of customer service and professionalism of the staff was incredible. They helped me understand how to manage the cake to minimize waste and helped me with a wonderful tenor and demeanor.
I have yet to eat anything from this bakery that was a missed mark and our cake was no exception. I have yet to have an interaction thats wasnt pleasant, and I say that as a person with social anxieties.
I can recommend this incredibly creative bakery without reservation or tribulation. My wife with a gluten intolerance gives it the highest of praise, and they deserve it. Its worth the stop of you need a something for the sweet tooth or a specialty cake that has look and taste.

This used to be my favorite bakery in Jacksonville, and we’ve been loyal, supportive customers for years. Unfortunately, today completely changed that.
My husband walked there in 50° weather with our dog and waited in a very long line outside. When he finally got to the counter, he was asked if our dog was a service animal. He answered honestly that he wasn’t—we were just trying to order something quickly to go.
They told him the dog had to wait in a car. We don’t have a car, and it was too cold to leave our dog outside alone. Instead of offering any solution, warning, or flexibility (like allowing a quick takeaway order), the staff essentially said “I don’t know what to tell you” and made him leave without letting him order.
What’s most disappointing is that this doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. Many recent Google reviews mention customer service issues, and management should probably take those concerns seriously before this place ends up like several other businesses in our area that have closed down.
Policies are one thing, but how you treat people matters—especially long-time customers. Because of how this was handled, we won’t be able to support this business going forward.

I am from Kansas visiting Jacksonville Fl, this past weekend for my birthday. My daughters and I stayed in Jacksonville, but my purpose was to go St Augustine. But my daughter who lives in Florida has a health diagnosis that makes her have to eat free of certain ingredients. She told me about the Sweet Theory Baking Co and how delicious it is and free of alot of ingredients that I agree with . She also said that you have to get there early enough because the line gets lonngggg, and the store may run out of goodies because of how delicious their treats are….. let ME tell YOU, “Chef’s Kiss” yummmmmmy!! The customer service was AMAZING as well!!!!
The way they handle their food is beyond excellent. They do not cross-contaminate GF with Gluten. They also ask you if you want to box them together or separate.They give you that option.
I will be returning when I return to your city.

Surprisingly enough the texture and taste was moist, soft, and delicious despite the pastries looks in person. I’d definitely go back again! Reccomend the cinnamon roll and cinna twist. Once I get the chance, I’d like to try the gluten free next time.
