First, I will address the service by sharing a heavy set fellow, unshaven and wearing glasses was a sad case for a “first contact” person. He just stuck his hand out the window to take my money while never turning his head. He was taking orders and dropping change!!!
I realize that taking these type jobs are not of the best working conditions. Yet, when a job is taken, IT’S ABOUT THE BUSINESS YOU ARE WORKING FOR. If one does nothave the decency to be people friendly, the should not take such jobs.
Now the food! I ordered the deluxe cheeseburger combo with bacon. LAWD! bacon is not thin, cruchie, and tasteful as it used to be–not even out of store bought packings???
The burger was not hot enough to have melted the cheese; the renowned fries were not hot and were chewy. The tea was the only item worth its cost. there was no mayo nor lettuce and tomatoe on th sandwich—PEWIE!!!!

I visited the McDonald’s on Memorial Drive in Prattville, Alabama, and ordered a cheeseburger. The bun arrived in poor condition, with half the edge bent upward and extremely hard, almost like a rock. This made the bun inedible, so I had to discard it entirely and eat the patty and cheese alone. The quality fell short of basic expectations for fresh food. I expect staff to check items before serving them to customers.

I usually go to this location often, and they haven’t messed up my order until tonight. I ordered a big mac large meal with a sprite and a hot and spicy mccrispy meal with a coke and extra hot and spicy mccrispy sandwich. This all came out to be ~$19. At the drive thru they only gave me a quarter pounder meal with a sprite, so I went inside to ask for the rest with the receipt, they take the receipt and proceed to give me one hot and spicy mccrispy with a four piece chicken nuggets and kept the receipt so I wasnt able to go back again and ask for the right food again. I understand being busy and I get it’s fast food like frfr you dont wanna work there for the low pay but bro im on my period and just wanted a big mac. The food given definitely was worth less than the $19 as well, so lowk scammed.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a cheese burger no pickle extra onions. For the $20 an hour I know they make they have no excuse to have given me hot soggy nuggets and my burger cold without onion and with extra pickle. The fries were ok and the coke was the best part of it all. I have spent too much money at this location and will not be returning

We went to the drive thru and everything was okay until the guy at the window couldn’t work the drink machine and mixed our drinks it was nasty then a received a bag nasty and wet at the bottom we pull in a spot to eat and the fries was cold so I went for the burger well it was very nasty the meat was old been sitting a while and the whole burger was cold also so I waste 30 dollars for the trash can to get it makes me so anger im done with McDonald’s hope that place shuts down nothing but rude and lazy people that work there the dm or so.eone needs to over see this place this place don’t even need a 1 star it needs a zero

If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t came thru the drive thru I ordered the cheeseburger bundle and ordered our burgers made to order so we order them fresh they weren’t fresh had to send those back then waited 15 mins and my fiance had to go into the store to get them then when we got home my best friend ordered her a number three combo and her burger was raw completely undercooked and she’s a cancer patient that could seriously harm her I wouldn’t eat here again if all possible

Very slow drive through, have actually left the last two times due to such long waits with no one in line. Food quality is barely acceptable. Customer service is poor.
Update: they haven’t gotten any better over the years, as I received two burgers with no meat. Guess they thought I wanted the vegan options?
