Today my family and I decided to go through the drive thru to get our food. We ordered a 2 piece that was two thighs when we got home it ended up being two breasts we decided to go back to have it fixed. We mentioned maybe explaining to three employees the difference but didn’t mean it in anyway other than to ensure customer satisfaction. The manager got red in the face and said they can speak perfect English implying I was talking about anyone specific or that I knew who had packed our oder. I was not there when they made our order so I didn’t know. He was implying I did and took high offense to the idea of making sure that everyone knew the difference. Yelled at me and so I left. I’m sorry but I meant nothing by it? I think it’s management at fault because they should have known. Then again I could have just had them get our food re made and not offered any feedback. It hurt my feelings and definitely won’t be taking my family back!

Always fast and friendly! The one and only time they left something out of my order, they allowed me to get a free meal (even the stuff I had received, plus an extra side) on my next visit. Excellent customer service!

My Famous bowl had no corn and was definitely smaller portion than I am used to. I paid cash and didn’t get a receipt. I will say customer service was good. If I had the time I would have gone back but decided to just deal with it so I know they do not have a chance to make it right.

We had our meal inside and we could smell the sewer very strongly and it has been that way for 4 to 5 months , so I will not be going back so if you don’t mind the strong sewer smell go ahead and eat there but you would not enjoy your food and that’s a fact.
The men’s bathroom door will not close and is very dated, the hand dryer is broken don’t know anything about the women’s bathroom but I think it is a good bet that it’s about the same.

A+ service. We came through the drive-thru Sunday at about 7pm. We ordered 1 family meal, 8pc bucket with 2 sides. It was ready with SECONDS not minutes, seconds! I could not believe how fast, hot and most importantly CORRECT the food was. The KFC crew working, 8-24-2025 deserves a round of applause.

I go out of my way and drive 40minutes to go to this KFC, in many ways it is better than any KFC near me in Bixby, Tulsa region, The only store I had found better was the one in Okmulgee that did a great job every time I have been so far.
Today when I went however was a different story, I ordered the Taste of KFC $20 meal in order to get more breasts and wings instead of ordering 2 of the $10 dark meat only versions of the taste of KFC which would have came out to 2 additional pieces of chicken but in dark meat only.
When I got home I had noticed that the Taste of KFC $20 was all dark meat, and on top of that the 8pc bucket of mixed chicken, only contained one breast and one wing.. Total disappointment considering some of my family will only eat white meat.
So instead of getting 3 breast 3 wings, 4 thigh and 4 drum, I received 1 breast 1 wing, 6 thighs, 6 drum.

8 piece meal is $30 now! Hahahaha! I bet the chicken business is struggling and cant figure out why. Even with a coupon for $19 it still sucked. Maybe I’ll come back a year from now to see if anything has changed.

We got the $20 fill-up box. They were out of fries and offered 2 sides. We chose mashed potato’s and mac-n-cheese. The Mac-n-cheese was gross. The portions were so small and we were sharing it!!!! They only gave me 11 chicken nuggets! ELEVEN!!!!! We also asked for KFC sauce and got 1. We had to go back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce and silverware so we could eat the Mac-n-cheese & potatoes. The staff was nice but super rushed! They wouldn’t stay in the window long enough to let you finish asking for what you need. They weren’t even that busy. Really disappointed. We have got the box at another location and we loved it. It was obvious they already had all this made up and waiting to go out the window. It was just cold & rushed.

The food is good. The service is excellent. The only thing that is a problem, a chemical smell coming from the restrooms. Every time I eat here, the chemical smell interferes with the chicken aroma. I wish the manager would take note of this problem.
