The last couple of times I’ve ordered from this Sonic (Summerfield, FL), the Nerds candy wasn’t mixed into my slushy—it was just clumped at the bottom of the cup. That alone wasn’t a huge deal. However, on my most recent order I didn’t receive the burger I ordered. The receipt was mine and everything else in the order was correct, but the burger in the bag was clearly someone else’s. Mistakes happen, but this is basic order accuracy. I won’t be returning to this location. Please be more mindful when preparing and checking orders.

We ordered a fish combo and a crispy chicken combo. The worst meal we’ve ever had ! It was overcooked, no taste and the curvy fries must’ve been sitting there since lunch and it’s now 5pm! $22.18 spent for food that should have been put in the garbage!

Just waited 45 minutes and never received our food. We decided we would go find some place else to go. We watched people get their food and when I called out to one of the young women delivering the food to cars we got ignored. We love the burgers and normally hit Sonic a couple of times a month. I’m very disappointed!

I’m sorry but as much as I like Salt on my food, this was a next level of salted. Chicken bites were great, and so was the Wraps, however the fries??? The burger??? Hollllyyyy crapppp. I had to throw It away after the first bite into the burger, It tasted like someone dropped the salt shaker on the grill and fryer. Totally inedible. Again I’m someone who loves salt, but this for me was on another level, and I really would love for It to be looked into, maybe It was a mistake today but, definitely needs to be assessed

Apparently, grabbing a few sauces would absolutely kill them. Idk who wants to raw dog dry popcorn chicken, but its not me. As someone who works in food/retail, it’s really not that difficult. My fault though, I tipped this time and I am always made to regret it.

Service is good here and the stakes delivery cool. Also easy order in the app to the stall. Food isn’t as amazing or flavorful as it appears on commercials. That said it is a decent place as far as fast food goes, but I’d stick to the shakes.@fitnfatty (insta and YouTube)
