See the picture? That ruined my appetite. I paid for avocado ranch and I got a separated oily verde sauce packet that looks like it had been sitting out. Where are the standards? On top of that my order was completely wrong, was given beef instead of chicken.

I don’t EVER usually post negative reviews; but this, THIS ♂️ I would’ve given 1 star, but the burrito was good and the atmosphere was clean. Regardless, this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Suuuper disappointing. As soon as I walked in the kiosk and app were glitched. I went to the counter and nobody was there. Back to the kiosk, glitched. Back to the counter, NOBODY. I waited, and waited, just to be told, “Yeah, it glitches sometimes.” So, I order at the counter, get my Luxe Box, and fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were soggy and tasted water logged. The crunchy taco was barely lukewarm (Couldn’t even finish it) and the chulupa was literally cold. The chicken tasted like it came straight out of the walk-in fridge. I couldn’t even bare to eat half of it.

The food came out quick. It was hot. It was tasty even though it was a busy crowd. Those those guys pumped it out quick. They had clean gloves on. You could see everything. Their kitchen was clean. The restaurant was clean. Everybody was very respectful in there even though I was probably the oldest guy in there but long and short it was late and I was hungry and they were there. So thank you Taco Bell

Me and my partner always look forward to coming to this Taco Bell for one reason only; Bri!! We have been coming to this location nearly every morning for months! Before we knew her name we would refer to her as our “Taco Bell grandma” She always has a smile on her face and we always look forward to coming through the drive through when Bri is there! Our food has never been made wrong and it is always so fresh!

Reading the stores that delivery driver I would give this place a zero if I could not because of anything that the employees did because they were only doing their job and they actually provided excellent customer service on my visit today however restaurants like this sign up with delivery services like Uber eats doordash and others in order to make more money they don’t sign up for the convenience of the customer obviously it’s about business. And then there’s different ways of doing things such as the drivers need to get out of the car and go get the order and are not able to go through the drive-thru most likely this is for a reason that has to do with benefiting the business as well. This is not beneficial for the drivers and the delivery services are equally at fault because the drivers are having to get out of the car and go get the orders which is wasting more time and these drivers services are paying less and less every day they should actually have a lawsuit against them.

Extremely understaffed, not equally prioritizing orders that are to go and in store heavily i favor of the drive thru window. What I usually rely on for quick food when I need to be somewhere quickly, has devolved into a 17 minute wait for fast food. Pick it up because i find this unacceptable.

The quality of my items were incorrectly prepared. I had 9 items stuffed in one single bag and food that was room temperature and very unsafe to eat and most horrible experience I’ve ever had I did not feed my kids with these health hazard foods due to temperature quality and I haven’t even left the building yet I asked if I can have a remake or refund for the items I was immediately turned away and disrespected by employees and intimidated, because every employee inside of the kitchen/ restaurant came to the front and all had something to do or say about my return when I was already was in communication about the situation to the manager who is also unprofessional his reason of no return is because it was expensive my order was exactly $17.83 I asked if I can speak to hire management he said search it on the internet but i definitely will be taking action over the health concerning matter I asked for a remake before a refund I want to make sure people know what they might get when they come to This location (older male grey hair) aka manger be ready for and a rude experience (WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER) EVER EVER

Well, not a lot of veg/vegan options, and the ones they have aren’t any good, tasteless rather but I’ve heard that the non veg options are good. I usually get fries from here and they taste pretty good. Atmosphere ain’t good cause a lot of drunk and homeless people are there inside and around the place, making it a bit unsafe at night time.

Im not sure how this place is in business. It cant possibly be turning a profit. I’ve spent 30 minutes in the drive thru.
