Very cute family diner up north on your way to skiing, hiking, or snow shoeing! I just went here for the first time. We got here relatively early in the morning and there was plenty of seating but it started to fill up fast! Probably because the food was amazing. I got a veggie omelet with white toast and home fries. The bread was amazing honestly tasted homemade. The home fries were sliced potatoes which was interesting and unique super tasty. The omelet was 10/10 and the coffee refills kept flowing. Definitely got some good food and caffeine before heading out on a hike! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Everything came out very quickly. Love the vibe here with all the family photos on the wall, small town diner feel, and bar seating they have available. Great spot for kids and families!

We were staying in a cabin nearby and a neighbour kindly recommended this place. Very authentic American breakfast options and much more! Food, service and atmosphere was all top-notch. The steak omelet was delicious, and we wouldn’t hesitate to order this again! What a brilliant family restaurant!

Stopped by coming from Mount Washington. It’s definitely a place to visit. The food was really good. Perfectly cooked and flavorful. Will recommend trying the daily specials. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is good. It is a cozy place to take family, a special one, or visit with friends.

Cozy family owned restaurant about 10 minutes from the Omni White Mountain resort. Great service and food. They have an all day breakfast menu and sandwiches. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

I got a lobster roll, which was massive and delicious, while my son went for the pancakes and bacon. He said it was the best ever, and ate it all. High compliments from a picky 4 year old.

I’ve wanted to stop here for awhile now and this morning I finally did! Munroe’s Family Restaurant in Coo’s County, rt 3 near Twin Mountains! First, Wednesday morning at 9:00 am they’re busy, like full busy! I make my way in anyway and sit at the counter. With out a blink a server behind the counter appears and with a smile asks me how I’m doing and if I want something to drink, and coffee it is! The menu must be four laminated pages and it’s a lot,.. a real lot and somehow I know every meal listed is someone’s old favorite. In only a few minutes she took my order, it’s a breakfast, lunch restaurant so I’m doing Eggs Bennie home made Corn beef hash , sausage links and a Milk. Every table was full here with two servers on, so I expected it to be a while,.. it really wasn’t! Delivered again with a kind smile, genuinely nice! It was perfect. Two poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, hot! Eggs sunny runny, English muffin toasted perfectly, crispy and not soggy,.. this plate probably didn’t sit for one minute before it was served. The Corn Beef Hash,… not minced ( I love canned CBH!) chopped, great mix and definitely made in house. You can tell because there’s a little fat, it’s delicious! The Corn beef had tiny burnt ends, great texture and wonderful blend herbs and spices,.. oooo, lol! It was so good! And sausage links, kinda large and cooked perfectly. The cold milk in a handle thick glass jar, keeping it cold! Yup, breakfast,.. done Down Home. Great service, friendly and prompt. My only regret, I hadn’t gone here sooner!

While staying at the Omni Mt. Washington on a Stay & Ski package, we were happy to find Munroe’s for a reasonably priced and delicious breakfast to fuel up properly before skiing the day away at Bretton Woods. We dined at Munroe’s on both a Tuesday and Wednesday morning finding waitresses that were friendly and extremely competent. I enjoy a piping hot bowl of oatmeal with raisins, a tiny sprinkling of brown sugar & milk. Delicious! My companions enjoyed their selections as well. (Both our guys opted to pay an extra $2 per serving for authentic maple syrup although ‘table syrup’ was offered freely. One used half his syrup and took the remainder home in a to-go container.) Munroe’s certainly was a great way to start our day!

I was camping nearby and read some reviews about this place, so I thought I would check it out. I tried the traditional eggs Benedict with home fries. It was delicious! I will definitely be back. The servers were super friendly too!

Sadly the service was poor. Didn’t bring syrup for pancakes (not just mine, but my son’s too) never checked on our table to see if everything was okay, didn’t refill coffee or ask about refills. Brighter side?? The food was outstanding!! The hash? Amazing!! Eggs cooked perfectly, thick tasty bacon, and amazing rye bread!!!!!! I’ll go back, just hope we get a different server!!

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way to Maine. Our breakfast was amazing and the waitress Megan was too. I got the eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy. It was so delicious as well as the home fried potatoes. A quaint little restaurant with homemade food was what we were looking for. We had our food in less than 10 minutes which was great since we needed to get back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.
