The Food quality was very poor. Steak rubbery, eggs over cooked, with raw veggies that weren’t even half way sauted, it was a mess. You can tell they aren’t using real cooks from the quality of the food, just somebody back there throwing it together as fast as they can. IT WAS A MESS! Never again! At this location anyway ……

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to ihop at this location . We were here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. I specifically ordered an entirely vegan meal, only to find a chunk of beef in my food. This isn’t just careless — it’s completely unacceptable, especially considering dietary restrictions. To make matters worse, the food arrived late and was cold.
When I politely told the manager Saad about the issue, I was told, “We don’t serve halal food!! “ That’s not only irrelevant but also dismissive — I never asked for halal, I asked for vegan. There’s a big difference, and it’s alarming that this distinction wasn’t understood or respected. I have been to quite some ihops of various locations but never had such bad experience.

I had a great experience at IHOP! Saad, the manager, was very nice, friendly, and helpful — he provides excellent customer service! The breakfast sampler is amazing and came out quickly. I’ll definitely be back!

The first door was unlocked so we went inside at 6:32am. The second door was locked. The employee saw us and we stood there waiting for a few minutes the just left. Some sort of acknowledgment would have been nice to have at the least.

My wife and I stop at IHOP for breakfast the other day and it was pitiful. NOT the food or the service, that was better than average, it was weird to be the only two people in the restaurant! Other people show up (6 in total) I am not complaining, I like being the onlyones there and get the service and atention we received. But, I know that business cannot survive this. I hope it gets better for all businesses.

The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. We were eating and it seemed like the waiter wanted us out. I had food in my mouth and she told us twice to go get up and pay. So rude! To top it off, I spoke with another employee and they said that it was because they were expecting a big group. Excuse me, but our table only fit two so that was a terrible excuse. Seemed like she just wanted us out fast.

If they brought back the harvest grain and nut pancakes and/or had buckwheat pancakes, we’d come here more often. Our server was friendly and attentive.
