Upon calling the location after having our order completely trashed, I was informed that
“Well, we were busy earlier” and
You can talk to the GM when he comes in on Friday at Noon.
The one thing this location offers is they are
CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT!
OH, and please fix or atleast put a sign on the kiosks that HAVE BEEN BROKEN for months. Please stop inconveniencing people and put a sign or a note or a cone or something in those spots!

I ordered my food which consisted of a footlong coney, a grilled cheese, two pretzels with cheese sauce, and an oreo cheesecake shake. What I received was all except my cheese sauce WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!!! I also received a burnt grilled cheese, I’m sorry how did this happen? Well lets see shall we. The employees did not seem to want to be there at all. Tell me how I received a melted shake. I like to hyper fixate on certain foods and all I wanted was my pretzels and cheese that’s it so now at 1 am I type this out to you. Why because my brain just works like that. That’s what happens when you hyper fixate. THANKS.

Previous experience at this location has been great even though the location was very short staffed. That said, I will never go back. Pulled in to a parking spot , waited 5 minutes for the intercom to be answered. Decided to go through the drive through as I was on my way to an appointment. In the Drive-Thru I asked a question about a $6 special which was on the menu. My question was answered and I ordered. Out of habit when I made my order I looked at the time. The person taking my order didn’t appear to be able to understand what I wanted and I repeated the order more than once. She did NOT read the order back to me as Sonic employees are trained to do. She did however give me a total which did not add up to what I ordered. At the window, I immediately informed the cashier that the total was wrong. I was then informed that I had not been charged for the $6 specials I had ordered but the regular priced combos. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes, we got our food . It was cold (all of it) even though the order had been remade. To top it off, my grandsons kids meal lacked the barbecue sauce for his chicken strips. He’s autistic, so you can imagine the meltdown which ensued. There were no less than 5 employees present, little business in the half hour we were there. Absolutely inexcusable.

Rt 44 cup was absolutely shredded all around the rim filling the soda with Styrofoam bits. I drank about half before I went to transfer to another cup and noticed…… What else is getting served in cups or in food if they can’t even notice a damaged cup with Styrofoam bits.

The food is pretty good, less than half the stalls work anymore, and the ones that do some are usually out of order.
The app experience is where they lost a couple of stars. The app is glitchy at best. Sometimes I am able to order through the app, and other times is says “This store doesn’t accept online orders.”

Waited for over 10 minutes in drive thru with no other cars and 3 cars at the drive up slots and no one ever took our order so we left. When we left sat by drive thru window watching employees stocking cups and hanging out. If I were owner would find new help your business is driving away

Super slow. Only go if you have plenty of wait time and aren’t hungry at that moment.. for fast food I think 40 minutes is a little excessive… especially when ordered and paid for ahead of time. I watched cars come order and leave before my order was brought out.

I don’t know how this place stays open! No one answers at the speaker. I sat for 10 minutes at the window. Finally someone came to the window and asked if I ordered things that weren’t mine. All I wanted was a Reeses sonic blast. Super disappointed! I’d gladly go somewhere else if they had a better milkshake.
