Ordered food on doordash. Got no fries. Called the Wendy’s because the driver said they were out of fries. Wendy’s confirmed. That being said, how does a Wendy’s run out of fries on a Sunday at 3pm. Never in my life have I gone to a fast food joint and they have run out of fries in the middle of the day on a weekend. The only way this happens is gross mismanagement.

Normally, when I come to fast food restaurants at night time, I expect poor service, but autumn was very polite and professional. I asked if my food could be dropped fresh and with no hesitation she said yes when I got to the window she immediately gave me my drinks n nicely parked me . And yess she made sure my sauce for my nuggets was there !!!

I came through the drive thru at 12:11 am #3288. I placed my order Dave’s Double combo with grape Fanta, Big Bacon Classic combo with a Dr. Pepper & a 10 piece nugget with bbq sauce. Then pulled around to pay. After handing over my money $32 and some change the crew member gave me our drinks. I said excuse me may I have a cup carry and my receipt .I don’t know if the worker heard me or if it was just a long day and she tuned out. She closed the window then threw away all the printed receipts. We received our order, however, the sandwiches we received were not fully cooked. They were pink (raw) and cold in the middle. By the time we reached our hotel to eat the store was “closed”.

I pulled up to the drive-through tonight waiting 20 minutes without them saying anything I kept saying hello nobody answered then when I drive around the front of The building the manager and the employees are just laughing and not working at all. I SEEN THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION UNPLUG THE MACHINE SO THE STORE DOESNT GET ANY DOORDASH, UBER, or GRUBHUB ORDERS She does this on purpose and I seen her do it multiple times… why am I complaining because your playing with my money and not helping the company YOUR LOSING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERY MONEY from having a lazy MANAGER THAT IS RUBBING OFF ON ALL THE EMPLOYEES WENDYS YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS…

Non stop issues here, from no one at the window to take orders making you wait 15+ minutes just to speak to someone to make an order while the employees hang out in the parking lot. Went today and got a half raw burger, the manager Liam claimed it was ketchup. Along with fries that tasted like they were Made the night before not fresh when we went at 11/12 main lunch time when they should have been fresh. Liam the manager then slammed the sliding window shut on us after continuing to claim the raw meat was ketchup. After sharing about this experience many people have come forward about how they got sick or got food poisoning from this specific restaurant. This building is constantly hit by vehicles as well and they just keep rebuilding, I think it’s time the entire establishment goes and something else is put in its place.
