Saw how highly rated Seven Brothers is, so wanted to give them a try. A bit surprised upon entering, as the vibe is somewhat industrial with several large tables versus more individual seating / tables. That, & I was the only customer mid-afternoon.

Went with Seek’s Deep Blue burger, small home fries & a drink. Burger was really tasty & came out just as I had ordered. They have a unique bun that is super soft & sweet, while the fries have a different seasoning that’s really nice.

As the only customer, kitchen wasn’t overly busy, yet timing on the food delivery was a bit off. Burger came out solo & it was several minutes before the fries were ready. While both items were hot when I got them, just seems like the timing could use some work. Don’t misunderstand, I appreciated getting both items nice & hot, versus holding part of the order back till everything was ready, but the gap was a bit much in this instance.

As far as a quality / upscale burger, I would compare Seven Brothers most closely with Wayback Burgers. However, by offering combos (sandwich, side & drink), Wayback is a bit less expensive overall.

Aloha! The Best Hamburger chain in the USA right here at Seven Brothers. I lived in Hawaii for about 2 years and this restaurant brings me back to the amazing food and friendly service of Hawaii. You can slam a hamburger, shake & fries here and feel like you just had a salad. Love this food and Hawaii vibe! Mahalo!

So good!! I’m not usually a burger fan, but this one hit the spot. Our service was fast and friendly, and reasonably priced. The burgers themselves are really the standout, I wish I knew the secret of how they get their patties so juicy and flavorful! The house fries are interesting, and ours were a little but over seasoned and over cooked. The onion rings are good! Very big though.

Zen was so positive and nice! He made the visit feel extra welcoming. It was my first time, and I definitely plan to come back!

My Max burger was superb! Very juicy! Mushrooms were cooked perfectly! Exactly what I needed.

I travel between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City every other week and had heard that Seven Brothers opened a location in St. George, so I decided to stop in and try it out. The location is super convenient—right off I-15—making it an easy and accessible stop when you’re on the road.

The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and everything seemed to be running really smoothly. The staff were all super chill and friendly, and the tables were clean. There were plenty of people dining in, along with a steady flow of online orders being picked up, but it never felt chaotic.

I ordered the basic cheeseburger (my first time trying it) and was really impressed. The meat quality was great, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was delicious. It’s a little different from a traditional bun, which was actually the first thing I noticed, and it worked really well with the burger.

I also had the fries and a chocolate Oreo shake—both were excellent, and the shake was especially good.

Shoutout to the manager, Blue—super friendly and mixing up a killer burger! You can tell the team enjoys what they’re doing, and everyone there seemed happy and enjoying their food.

I’ll definitely be stopping in again when I’m passing through town. Great addition to St. George!

Enjoyed the burger and fries this evening. Never been to this chain before and it was a welcome surprise. Had the burger with the onion rings and pineapple. And a large crazy fries – which was also quite tasty. My buddy had the spicy one and quite liked it.

This is my first time visiting here. When we arrived, there weren’t many customers, so we were able to order and find a table quickly. However, almost all the tables were dirty. The food was good, and we enjoyed our meal :).

First time visitor here, my only disappointment was that I didn’t try it sooner.
I ordered the Max, now I understand not everyone is down for mushrooms BUT, if you do…let me just tell you mushrooms were slipping out the sides on this one. Also, Bacon.Enough said, why are you not ordering it yet?

This review is already too long, but if you’re still reading. GET THE FRIES

FYI: (Picture does it no justice as my husband had already shown me how to smash it to bite able height)

Walking into 7 Brother Burger instantly gave me laid-back Hawaii-meets-California vibes — casual, coastal, and inviting. The ordering process reminded me a bit of Chipotle, with a simple and customizable setup.

As for the food, everything I tried was solid. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the salad fresh and well-portioned. The shrimp definitely packed a punch of coconut — almost too much at first, but if you’re into that tropical flavor, it hits the spot. The banana bread was a nice surprise too: moist, rich, and yep, more coconut (which I personally enjoy).

If you’re a fan of coconut, tropical flavors, and a chill beachy atmosphere, this place is worth checking out.

Today was our first visit to this burger joint. We have a burger joint back home in NC that we use to measure any new burger spot we try. While the fresh cut home fries were delicious, the burger was a 5 on the 10 scale. We both had the Shem Burger topped with lettuce, fresh guacamole, bacon, cheese and their house sauce. The toppings completely overwhelmed the burger which was thin and didn’t have a lot of flavor. Since this place was rated a 4.9, we were disappointed.
