One Door Dasher had been waiting for about 20 minutes prior to our arrival. She asked about the order and the guy told her, “It’s not ready yet.” To her own discovery the food was packaged and ready to go…just sitting on the counter in the back. He lied to her!
Two young boys kept saying, “Excuse me. We can’t get no service,” because the manager kept walking past them instead of taking their order. She was sitting at a table in the lobby when we first walked in. A guy at the counter kept looking around for someone to take his order, and the boys were behind him. It took 7 minutes before she got up and took his order. Instead of her taking the boys’ order, she went to the back and helped there. They waited at least 15 minutes before she finally had someone in the kitchen take their order.
The guy kept saying, “We’re a little backed up in the kitchen. No, Sir. Over half an hour is a lot of backed up. When we got there we were third in line inside. By the time we left, the entire lobby was packed.
One man said, “I’ve been here over 15 minutes.”
When we got our food, the fries were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I ordered extra pickles and they gave me a lot of bbq sauce on my sandwich and two pickles. I asked for two lemons with my drink and didn’t get any.
Went for breakfast a few days ago and there was one staff member that, in my humble opinion, exemplifies premier service values. Her actions and attitude were warm, welcoming and uplifting.

As I started explaining the orders, the manager interrupted me before I could finish. I told her I had three orders, and she immediately snapped, “I don’t have time for this, just say it faster!” I was caught off guard and tried to continue, but she just kept cutting me off, not even letting me finish my sentence.
I told her that I needed to get all the orders right, and I was doing my best to explain each one, but she kept getting more impatient and raising her voice. She acted like I was inconveniencing her, and it made me feel rushed and frustrated.
I understand that fast food places can get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers that way. I wasn’t trying to make her job harder; I was just trying to make sure the orders were correct. I left feeling completely disrespected and angry.
The food was fine, but the service was absolutely awful. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon, especially if that manager is still in charge. There’s no reason for that kind of rude behavior, especially when I was just trying to make sure the orders were right.
Where is my 20% on my receipt. They clearly lie.
Hands down my best McDonalds experience yet. Good job to this owner for having such excellent staff and keeping the facilities in top shape.
