The McDonalds on Wilmington in DuPont, WA is the worse I have ever seen! Over half an hour wait in the lobby for our order that we placed in-app prior to arriving is ridiculous!

One Door Dasher had been waiting for about 20 minutes prior to our arrival. She asked about the order and the guy told her, “It’s not ready yet.” To her own discovery the food was packaged and ready to go…just sitting on the counter in the back. He lied to her!

Two young boys kept saying, “Excuse me. We can’t get no service,” because the manager kept walking past them instead of taking their order. She was sitting at a table in the lobby when we first walked in. A guy at the counter kept looking around for someone to take his order, and the boys were behind him. It took 7 minutes before she got up and took his order. Instead of her taking the boys’ order, she went to the back and helped there. They waited at least 15 minutes before she finally had someone in the kitchen take their order.

The guy kept saying, “We’re a little backed up in the kitchen. No, Sir. Over half an hour is a lot of backed up. When we got there we were third in line inside. By the time we left, the entire lobby was packed.

One man said, “I’ve been here over 15 minutes.”

When we got our food, the fries were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I ordered extra pickles and they gave me a lot of bbq sauce on my sandwich and two pickles. I asked for two lemons with my drink and didn’t get any.

I have been to this mcdonalds many times and have never been dissatisfied. However, I had a recent visit and felt compelled to write about it.

Went for breakfast a few days ago and there was one staff member that, in my humble opinion, exemplifies premier service values. Her actions and attitude were warm, welcoming and uplifting.

Black girl, kinda tall…five stars for her.

had a terrible experience at the McDonald’s today, and it was all thanks to the manager with blue and green hair she is a gir. I had three orders to place for myself and some friends, and I tried to explain them clearly to the person behind the counter. However, the manager, who was standing nearby, completely ruined the experience.

As I started explaining the orders, the manager interrupted me before I could finish. I told her I had three orders, and she immediately snapped, “I don’t have time for this, just say it faster!” I was caught off guard and tried to continue, but she just kept cutting me off, not even letting me finish my sentence.

I told her that I needed to get all the orders right, and I was doing my best to explain each one, but she kept getting more impatient and raising her voice. She acted like I was inconveniencing her, and it made me feel rushed and frustrated.

I understand that fast food places can get busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers that way. I wasn’t trying to make her job harder; I was just trying to make sure the orders were correct. I left feeling completely disrespected and angry.

The food was fine, but the service was absolutely awful. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon, especially if that manager is still in charge. There’s no reason for that kind of rude behavior, especially when I was just trying to make sure the orders were right.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to on multiple occasions. The past few times I’ve been here they have taken over 20 minutes and once over 30 minutes to bring me my order. I have no idea why. Most recently they had me waiting at the drive through to tell me they didnt make my food and to pull up to the reserved parking in order to hurry their line along while choosing to not give me my food in a timely manner. This is just for standard food. No special burgers. I dont know what is up with this location but it is frequently slow. Also this most recent trip didn’t even get me my correct sandwhich or give me my sauces.

When you use the McDonald’s app and use the 20% and ask the employee if they took it because it didn’t show on the app. they lie and say they did. When it wasn’t on the receipt. Probably the reason why they didn’t give us a receipt. And had to ask the second window for it. And they definitely lie just because they don’t wanna fix it and say sorry. Take your money somewhere else that won’t lie.

Where is my 20% on my receipt. They clearly lie.

Random decision to stop for a spicy McChicken with sweet and sour sauce via drive thru…the service was seamless, no repeating yourself. Had a last minute window request for the sweet and sour because orderer forgot to place it with the food order but they were so cool about it! 10/10 because food was hot, and I was in and out!

I no longer eat fast food but I do meet up with people from OfferUp at McDonald’s locations because they are easily recognizable, in easily accessible locations and their restaurants are usually clean and well lit. I like that it’s not like a regular restaurant where you’re seated and you have to do the whole lunch just to meet up with somebody. In this situation I can go in and out nobody looks at me funny for not buying anything while you’re there. But I will say is that it’s got a decently size parking lot and it was really easy to get in and out. If you were in a wheelchair or handicapped it’s really easy to get in and out. They are Ada compliant. If you have a small children this is a great place to go. They have booster seats and all kinds of stuff.

I’ve been to my fair share of McDonalds as I love them, but this one was amazing. The bathroom was spotless, all of the TV’s worked and weren’t glitching, the tables were all clean, and even though I ordered via the Kiosk, several workers checked on me.

Hands down my best McDonalds experience yet. Good job to this owner for having such excellent staff and keeping the facilities in top shape.

burritos cold, I turned them in, i was asked to pull into parking spot, it took them like 20 min and it seems that they just threw them in microwave and burned the heck out of them. I dont leave bad reviews but this was a pain and not edible.
