Today I stopped by McDonald’s for an iced coffee, and unfortunately it came with more than I ordered. There appeared to be roaches on my drink, which was extremely disappointing and concerning. I immediately returned the coffee. An employee asked if I wanted a refund, and of course I said yes. However, the refund process didn’t feel right. I was not asked for my receipt. Instead, a tag was removed from my cup and stapled to a refund receipt. After leaving, I noticed the last four digits on the card listed were not mine, which makes me believe the refund may have been issued to the wrong card. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the line stayed busy as if it was off the hook. I also contacted the survey/customer service line to report what happened and left a very detailed message, though I wasn’t able to speak with anyone directly. Until this location addresses the roach issue and improves its handling of customer concerns, I would strongly advise against eating here. Photos will be uploaded for reference.

The lady at the 2 nd window was extremely unprofessional. Not once did she utter one word a hello, thank you or an apology for giving me incorrect food. Not a word…is that how you’re supposed to deal with the public now?

I got there at noon so I thought the food would be fresh wrong. The chicken sandwich was obviously precooked dry hard to eat very disappointed the fries are usually the best not so they were tough and rubbery the shuttle was good even though I asked for light ice I did not get light ice so obviously they precooked everything to get through the rush not good I will not return to the store I took a chance to the store once again n

So the gentleman taking my order and at the window At December 10 At 7 PM was nice, but he got my order wrong I asked for chicken, nugget, ranch, barbecue, and sweet and sour With a free medium fry with purchase of a drink. And I got A 10 piece nugget I got charged for a medium fry and he did didn’t ring me in a drink and then he gave me the wrong sauce. Then the woman at the second window I watched her pull a apple slice out of her mouth And then put a straw into my cup with no gloves and when I expressed to her that my order was wrong, she said huh and then she just gave me a Sprite and took the window. On top of this, I came for a grinch meal. They had posters that the Grinch meal was all sold out and I went to the window and ask for clarification and they said no we’re not all sold out. And overall, this experience is just bad and I won’t be coming back

Upon arriving at the location on page in overland plaza (8960 page Saint Louis, MO 63114). We were not greeted at the mic and instead was asked “you using the app?”. After ordering my first of two orders first being a cooked to order chicken sandwich add bacon and a large fry. The second being a double cheese burger. After paying I waited about 3 minutes. Within those 3 minutes, a customer in the drive thru exited the vehicle and starting arguing with the associate on the other end (I presume this associate was that of management). After about 2 minutes of consistent back and forth, the tension brought me to ask the other associate that cashed me, if she could hand my orders through the first window, so I may leave. After all the commotion was over and I was home, I find no bacon on my chicken sandwich, the sandwich itself was not cooked to order and I received a single cheese burger instead of a mcdouble. I am highly displeased with this experience and feel totally disrespected. Will most likely not be returning to this location as I have multiple horrible encounters.

Was to good, This particular McDonald’s need help. I had to pull out of the drive thru line and leave without ordering and this was about 9:30- 10:00 a.m., the line ended up to the streets. They need help

I had ordered a frappe and two apple pie. They charge me for somebody else’s order so they had to reimburse me and then charge me again for mine and then my apple pies. Yeah there was no point in eating those considering they gave me holiday pies instead of the apple. They were not friendly. Nobody even told me what they were doing with my card once they charge me for the wrong order.
