My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken ranch wrap for me. The chicken looks like croutons; hard as rocks and completely inedible. It’s obviously really old. I can’t believe someone would make this and think this is ok to serve to someone.

Shout to Wendy’s today on LMD. The staff was courteous and they had our food out in a timely manner. I was in the drive thru and there were a few cars behind me ordering so I know they got busy and there was also a group of people who walked in. You could see they were busy and working hard in there. When I got home to eat, the food was still fresh and warm.

they consistently skimp on breakfast food. The first time they ran out of breakfast an hour early, after we ordered. The second time they gave me a half full breakfast baconator. Third time they gave me half full fries. I expected more from wendys

I made a mobile order ahead of time. Waited in line at the drive thru and it still took a few minutes to get my order. Then when I got my order it was missing an entire sandwich. I had to go back in to get the sandwich and wait several more minutes.

Ordered on app for dine-in. Restaurant clearly not managed well. Waited over 20 minutes for our order, which was not complete and incorrect. Multiple other customers were also complaining about wrong orders. Cashier took part of our order back from another customer and then handed it to us. Major no-no in food industry. Missing fries later given to us not fully cooked, but almost burned my wifes hand when given to her. Building new and clean. High chairs dirty.

We’ve ordered drive-thru from this restaurant almost every two weeks since we moved behind it in Nov ’24. I have never been to a more crapshoot establishment. It’s already a 50/50 on whether or not we get all of our order, but even worse is when they give us something outlandish–like today. We just ordered the Jr Baconator deal (with no mayo) and a Dave’s double, each with fries and a drink. They gave us TWO bunless, disassembled versions of what MIGHT be a burger, as well as one fry and one drink. It’s ridiculous. We don’t think we’re going to trust this Wendy’s again.
