I had a really good experience here and would definitely come back.
The meat lovers pizza was fantastic—it was loaded with a generous amount of meat, which I really appreciated. The pepperoni in particular was excellent, and the cheese was definitely on point with great flavor.
I will say it was a little bready for what I’d consider true New York style, but that’s just a personal preference. I didn’t get a chance to try any of the other specials, but based on the quality of the meat lovers, I’m confident they’d be great too.
Overall, it’s a solid pizza place, and I’ll be back for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not an option. I’ve eaten at the other location in lake city, had no issue and the food was wonderful. This experience in Branford was vastly different and I would never try to eat there again. We wasted an hour and a half of our afternoon with family that was visiting just for the day and still never got lunch!
Our little table of 4 ordered 3 burgers and 10 wings. They were busy and had a large party, so I wasn’t surprised at the wait at first. But then after about 25 min our server brought a pizza stand – when we mentioned we hadn’t ordered any pizza she said “oh I must’ve been thinking about my other table. Red flag #1. Another nearly 30 min goes by and we’ve noticed all but one table that came in after us and received their food. One was even paying already! Red flag #2.
Flag the server down to ask about our wait for food after we ordered being nearly an hour she tries to tell me I’m wrong about the other tables having their food already and that it hadn’t been that long. Red flag #3 When she actually checked and came back she confirmed the ticket had been in the kitchen for 52 minutes and had 8 minutes left. So SIXTY MINUTES For 3 burgers and 10 wings…. Red flag #4.
Another 10 min goes by – still no food. Server came back and said we should wait, they would be comping the meal. However another 5 min later as we were getting ready to walk out with still no food we heard “I need those burgers now!” with looks at us so we assume the food still not even done at that point.
Large party inside or not, this is completely unacceptable. Being gaslit by the server that all the tables that came in after us didn’t have their food is unacceptable – we aren’t dumb or blind ma’am. Telling us 8 more minutes and STILL not having the food to us 15 min later – unacceptable. The pizzas ordered by the large table aren’t even cooked in the same place as burgers and wings, and orders shouldn’t be being cooked so out of order that you are bringing out full dinner meals (not pizzas) to a table that came in 20 min AFTER we did, that is now done eating and paying but we still don’t have any food at all.

My brother and I were returning from the reenactment at the Olustee Battlefield and had made up our minds (and taste buds) that we wanted barbecue. However, the place next door was completely booked up and we were told that it “didnt look good” for us to be able to get a table. (It was Valentine’s Day, after all.)
So we decided to try Our Place. As anyone who has read any of my reviews knows, my 3 favorite foods in the world (in order) are pizza, steak, and barbecue. In my mind, we’d just traded up! We walked in and there were plenty of seats to choose from as we were directed to sit wherever we liked. We grabbed a spot and Emily showed up very quickly and took our drink orders.
She soon brought my brother his water and my sweet tea (again, a given if you’ve read any of my reviews). The tea was PERFECT. My only thought was that I would have liked more ice in it, but it wasn’t enough to be a big deal.
We placed our order for the 16″ meat lovers with extra sauce. After about 15-20 minutes and a few refills, Emily brought it out to us. It was piping hot to the point that we each grabbed a slice and had to let it cool before we could dig in.
The sauce is obviously made in house and the spices were great. The sausage was Italian, sliced thick like pepperoni and was not overpowering like some are. All in all it was a magnificent pie.
If you decide to give Our Place Pizzeria and Italian Ristorante a try, be sure to come hungry. Ask for Emily’s section (although after observing a couple of the other servers, you can’t go wrong with any of them) and enjoy your meal!
Oh, and tip your servers, folks. They work very hard here to provide amazing service.

Went in to order dinner for my husband and myself. The restaurant smelled amazing while sat there waiting for my food. The staff was all very sweet and polite. I ordered the chicken caprese and the chicken bruschetta dinners as well as an extra 1/2 dozen to garlic knots and two tiramisu desserts. I have to say that the entrees were both beautiful BUT so bland and tasteless that I was stunned. The rolls were not warm all the way and the garlic butter soaked through the pizza box making a big mess. It was like the bread didn’t absorb anything. The pasta that came with the meal had a very tasty sauce however. The tiramisu tasted very good too. I am disappointed that for $80 I received such sad tasting entrees.

We’ve been coming here for the past few months. No matter what we try on the menu we are more than satisfied. Portions are huge. Rarely can we finish our meal so we always get to enjoy on the next meal. Servers are wonderful as well. Not just friendly, they make you feel like you are family. We’ve even received hugs on our return. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic food!!! This was our first time eating there and we were very impressed. We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and we were quickly seated. The food was really good with fresh ingredients and the serving sizes are enormous. I tried the chicken caprese which was delicious and also the crab bisque. We will definitely be back. The pizzas are enormous and are loaded with cheese and toppings. If you leave there hungry it’s your own fault.

We have ordered from here 3 times last few weeks. The food is amazing! We have tried pizza, the pastas, and chef salad. We were not disappointed. The only small issue we have is the rolls/ garlic knots. They r always cold and we ask for them wet but just haven’t hit it for us. That’s really a small issue. The price is average . The portion sizes r very good . We will return and recommend others to vist. Another side note: i hate onions! Ty for making my chef salad correctly with no onion flavor mixed with other vegs.

Atmosphere was simple but very clean. We were greeted and seated quickly by a very friendly hostess. Order the calamari which was a tad crispy but very flavorful and tender and the marinara sauce was super. The salad with the house dressing was crisp, fresh and plentiful with a terrific creamy Italian dressing. The garlic knots were outstanding, can taste the garlic still . Ordered the Italian sausage with peppers and onions which was as good as I have had in a long time, portion was very generous, two very big thumbs up!!! Our waitress was absolutely superb!!! Finished it off with a slice of lemon cello cake with raspberry sauce which was delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try other items. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

We had heard about this place from several people, so we decided to check it out. It was lunchtime when we got there, but we got seated in just a few minutes. There are 2 different dining rooms. One to the right and one to the left. We were seated in the one to the right. There was a TV on the wall, with some sports show on, but it was cold in there. The air conditioning was blowing right on us.
We ordered mozzrella wedges, meatballs and spaghetti, and baked stuffed shells. The Meatballs were the size of a baseball! Both meals came with two garlic knots and a salad. There was a tremendous amount of food, which was good, but just a tad bit salty. We left there with a doggy bag, feeling very stuffed. There was plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly and the service was very good.
