Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Favorite whataburger to go to! Friendly staff and the food is always warm!
I’ve been going to this whataburger for the past 10years or so and I’ve only been given a wrong order a handful of times and sometimes it’s a plus, like this order – I was given extra fries. Haa.
I’m not too big on their cookies and I wish there was a bit more icing on the cinnamon rolls, but that’s just me!
Review edit; ordered new menu item:
Ordered the new 9pc Buffalo wings and was given plain wings instead. They were pretty good, but not chicken strips good (I like the crispness of the breading). They did have a good amount of chicken – thin layer of breading.
The wings come in a cute plastic container that can definitely be repurposed!
Will definitely give it another go.
Fries did not disappoint!

Amazing Place gray customer service on insulin got held I didn’t have to wait long everybody was nice when I went up there literally 5 minutes ago everybody has did you get help did you get help that’s what I call real customer service their trainee was on the register and she did an amazing job

I’m sorry, but today was my final vote. Yes IN N OUT burger is way better. I haven’t been in a long while and It’s a nice reminder. I drive from Laredo to San Antonio to eat in n out, I’d rather do that than drive here about 5 minutes away.
2022- 2 burgers were incorrect, one was supposed to be plain with mayo, other was supposed to have extra mayo, had barely any

I didn’t get my food. Morning manager made no help. Lost my rewards. Today I made an online curbside order. After arrival around 5/6 minutes later manager comes outs asked what my order was. I showed the order with the time and I allowed her to take my phone. She comes outs and tells me my order is ready and will be out shortly. Around 7/8 minutes later she comes outs and tells me to call customer service because my order didn’t appear just my name and 0. I called, waited, and no response all agents were busy. My fiancé went to tell her, and she said we had to keep on trying. Long story short I didn’t get my free food and I lost my points. This is for the Monday Morning Manager. Overall I love my Whataburger.

I always come to this whataburgar and the food is great but the staff is normally very…unhappy to be working. I work retail/cashier so I understand how draining it can be to work with so many people on a daily basis, so it was SO REFRESHING to have Ashley at the drive through window! She was so bubbly and sweet and EXTREMELY POLITE!! She should be the standard for customer service and guest engagement 100%!!
