Wow, I just have to say — the team at this Arby’s is amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was super fresh and delicious, and the service was honestly above and beyond. My three kids are so happy right now, and that means the world to me as a mom. Huge shoutout to Mark at this location; he was our drive-thru cashier & was welcoming, professional & kind. It may be overzealous to say this toward someone from only a few moments of interaction, though his effort & work ethic shined through to us both. Mark is a rockstar & we hope he gets the kudos he deserves.

I’ve watched four people walk out of there in the last 5 minutes saying if you don’t have an online order don’t bother or similar. We went through the drive through the first time around and there were only two cars total in line; us and another vehicle, and it took us 20 minutes to get through the line and there are only two cars in the parking lot, so they weren’t busy, and we still didn’t get half of our order!
Maybe a manager should be on location.
