First off, I’m not one to leave reviews very often at all though you have to give credit where credit is due! Tonight was the first time my wife & I have ever had Arby’s & it was GREAT! The food being great was only a bonus.
Huge shoutout to Mark at this location; he was our drive-thru cashier & was welcoming, professional & kind. It may be overzealous to say this toward someone from only a few moments of interaction, though his effort & work ethic shined through to us both. Mark is a rockstar & we hope he gets the kudos he deserves.

I had to update my review and take a start away. This is the cheese steak and the rib sandwich they just gave me. Your specific Arby’s is gross and doesn’t represent Arby’s. Just disgusting, I will never go back to your location on Cornhusker road and will try and send this info to your corporate office.

This place is trash. There’s a bunch of young people working in here that are not giving you your full order, talking shit and being rude to customers.
I’ve watched four people walk out of there in the last 5 minutes saying if you don’t have an online order don’t bother or similar. We went through the drive through the first time around and there were only two cars total in line; us and another vehicle, and it took us 20 minutes to get through the line and there are only two cars in the parking lot, so they weren’t busy, and we still didn’t get half of our order!
Maybe a manager should be on location.
