do not underestimate this pizza place because it is a “chain”. This store delivers and it’s amazingly delicious and consistent every single time we order it. They do not skimp on their toppings or their cheese and they put the right amount of sauce on the pizza. Every time. Their staff are always friendly, helpful. Don’t be afraid to ask for their specials: It’s a great way to try their pizzas you might not normally think of trying.
The extra bonus is they’re open beyond 11PM. : I believe most stores are not open till 3 AM?! Love that option

This has to be the worst place I’ve Ever ordered from In Sioux Falls first of all, I ordered almost $90 of food And in return, I did not get my food. I paid Almost in $90 from my order, the person who delivered my order answer the phone continuing to say he dropped it off at my house on my porch and he took two pictures and refused to send the pictures and I have proof that I did not receive any food in an hour ago. My family was less hungry and angry because the service was so poor. I do not recommend going to this place it’s horrible and apparently other people think so too. My dogs didn’t bark

Placed an online order 24 hours in advance for a gathering of 10 people to be delivered by 650pm. Called at 7pm when the website tracker still showed “preparing the order” and was told they were still waiting on garlic bread. Manager named Liz was incredibly rude to us when we called asking where our order was and hung up on us. The pizza was fine when we finally got it another 20 minutes later, chicken was way too dark and dry. Liz did send a $25 gift certificate for the issues, but I’d rather have some of my $146 back since I will not be revisiting Boss’ again after this.

typically love this pizza place but last order we made, I ordered ahead at 4pm for a scheduled delivery for 6pm. Called multiple
times for an update and was treated very poorly and rudely. Finally called again at 7pm wondering where our food was and was treated very poorly by the “manager” regarding our food but said it was on the way, asked if anything could be done since food was an hour late. Which was stated by the manager “you want a refund for food you haven’t gotten yet.” As it is over a hour late… Not sure if management changed but won’t be ordering from them again.

I’d like to first say the pizza is just fine, exactly what you would expect.
However….
We pre-ordered $133 worth of pizza 3 hours before expected delivery time, they “couldn’t get the order released from DoorDash” and delivered our INCOMPLETE order over an hour later than promised.
When we called to tell them we did not receive part of our order and requested a partial refund for our order, not only was it much later than expected, it was incomplete, or request had been refused. Liz or Lisa is the “manager” on duty and has a very unprofessional level of customer service, raising your voice and telling concerned customer they need to be quiet doesn’t seem like a great representation of Boss Pizza’s.
Boss Pizza’s resolution was to give us a gift certificate(cheaper to make free food than to give real money back to the customer) and have refused to give any tangible money back.
We understand the excuse of being short staffed, but it would be just as easy to give us a call and let us know when we should actually expect our delivery.
Not a great experience and again, Liz/Lisa was completely unprofessional.

This was one of my favorite pizzas places whenever I visited Sioux Falls until tonight, I put an order at 6pm for 4 pizzas was told it would be an hour which was fine with me because I loved the pizza so much, an hour and a half later I called to see what was going on they said that it should have been an hour and a half wait and that they were getting the pizzas in, 40 min later I called again they said it was on the way. After 3 hours and 20 min having a starving family I never got the pizza. I got a refund from them but I will never be ordering from here again and I am so sad because the pizza is my favorite but I can rely on actually getting the food.

Ordered pizza Saturday night at 5:44pm. Said 50-60 minutes. That time goes by and and on and on. Finally I call at 7:22pm to see what’s up. Guy that answers knew that it was me calling and gave me the excuse of “we got busy”. Finally around 8:15 the pizza shows up and it is not even close to warm, so pretty much a waste of $70. Not a single, sorry about the delay, and here’s a free pizza in the future, just an excuse. The last time we went in to pick up the pizza and they had it set off to the side and forgot about it. The service is horrible here even with the new owners.

Do not order! Ordered delivery online for $80 of food, and never received the order. I tried to contact the store numerous times they continued to put me on hold/hang up. I waited over 2 hours and NEVER got the food I paid for. This store is clearly poorly run and has no business offering delivery.
