What a delicious meal! From the delicious chili and chicken noodle soup (so filling and satisfying) to the great BLT+ and Reuben with pastrami, my hubby and I were stuffed and happy! The girl at the window had wonderful customer service skills and it was such a pleasure to go here for our first time. It won’t be our last! I loved that I could order online and pay then pick up at the drive through – so convenient and easy. Great job, Jason’s!

Had to retrieve a few month old receipt, was able to get into contact with somebody within minutes and have that sent over. Impeccable customer service. Food was great but will continue to utilise intentionally in the future after that experience.

I simply LOVE the idea that a customer can make their own salad from the Salad Bar, without any restrictions. Dine in or Take out, you can make YOUR salad how YOU want. And the staff are always, always friendly!

Clean. I don’t like the seating. Tables are WAY to close together. I came when it was slow, so no big deal but if it were busy, I would have left. I don’t wanna have another table sitting 2 feet from me. If that. They cram the tables in there. Otherwise good.

Very clean, awesome employees that were friendly & great service. Nice selection of sandwiches & soups. I didn’t get a salad but then shortly regretted that because the salad bar looked amazing & super delicious. But hey at least I know what I’m getting next time lol. I got the beefeater which was a roast beef & provolone/ with au jus. My dad got the California club with a soup/ broccoli & cheese. Both were delicious and made perfectly.

The manager’s special allows for a 1 salad bar trip and a cup of soup or half sandwich. I believe the cost is $11.99. I requested the 1 salad bar trip and a cup of fruit for the $11.99 manager’s special and the cashier refused. She stated that a fruit cup was approximately $4.50. She didn’t even consider my statement that it would be much more cost effective for Jason’s Deli to allow a fruit cup over half a sandwich. The side salad was delicious. The lack of consideration of my request was disappointing. I will go again for a 1 trip side salad at $7.79. But I will not spend the $11.99 I was willing to spend without a fruit cup. Again, the food and atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you.

Visited this location 1st week of November 2024, which was my first time at this location. I ordered a Reuben the great and a Club Royale. The Club was good, but the Reuben was mostly a sauerkraut sandwich with some Pastrami. Which was a surprise, because their corporate website states that the Reuben comes with 1/2 pound of corned beef. You can see from the picture, I did not get a 1/2 pound of corned beef. I took a bite of the Reuben and was shocked at how much Sauerkraut was on it. So much sauerkraut, I literally could not taste anything else. Then, I removed 75% of the sauerkraut and tried it again, and that is when I tasted the Pastrami. I had to go back and look at the menu, and found the store menu which states their Reuben’s come with corned beef or pastrami. I am little upset at the lady that took my order, and never bothered to ask me, which I wanted. She just assumed it was Pastrami. I also got 2 bags of chips, plain ruffles. But on their website, they basically have like 10 varieties of chips you can choose. And the lady did not ask me about that. Overall, the Club was good, but completely disappointed about how badly the Reuben was made, and how their staff don’t appear to care about your order, or ask the obvious questions, when you place your order.

This morning, I placed an order for a lunch meeting today. Jonathan (I believe his name was) was very professional in taking my order, which was great. But, what impressed me even more was the respect and understanding he showed me when I called back a little later to cancel my order. My coworker and I had both placed a lunch order, not being aware of the duplication. The worker kindly canceled the order and made it easy for me. So, the service was top tier. The food was also excellent. I love that they include a cookie with each box.

Don’t order to go from this location! They always forget to put at at least 1 thing from your order! Then the so called manager is very snappy! 8 pm on a Thursday they want me to drive all the way up there to get the missing items!!! If that was the cause I would’ve just came in and ordered and not paid for delivery! So, the food is great but I recommend going inside and order!

Very disappointed! My sandwich had maybe 1 slice of meat. Prices have gone up! The staff couldn’t even tell you wants included in the price! Not sure that I will be back! The quality of food is not there anymore!
