Valerie was our waitress tonight and she was amazing! My husband and I both agree we haven’t had such amazing service up until tonight, due to her! So thank you for making tonight amazing. Wow we had the best experience. Stopped here on our family road trip and were lucky to have Janelle as our waitress. She was awesome and made the experience a great one. She checked on us regularly, refilled our drinks and fries constantly and was super friendly and genuine. It was the day after Christmas and she even noticed our daughter’s new toy ( that she loves) and commented on it. Such a personable individual. Great, great, great experience. Thanks Janelle!

This place will have you thinking that it’s the only place all of yakima goes to eat out. Excellent food but they’re crazy busy literally every day, and as a result they often get orders wrong. If you want a quieter dining experience, you better go to Bob’s Burgers & Brew.

I’m not a fan of the thinner burger patties. They are too thin for a true medium rare. I’m still a fan of the fries and campfire sauce. My last two visits were good because we were served with free French fries when we were seated. It’s like getting chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant!

The wait was atrocious. Waited 40 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. By the time they brought me a new salad it was time to go. I got here at 5:20. I had to ask for the bill at 6:50. I did not get to finish the food I ordered because it took so long I had to leave.

10/10! Met a group of girlfriends here after work and enjoyed their happy hour, fries and pizza! Do NOT sleep on their pizza! Pepperoni with extra provolone under the pepperoni is the only way to order it! Best pizza in town! The service by Blake was top tier and Manager, Jennelle, made sure we were taken care of as well. RR is definitely on our rotation!

Me and my family travel full time for work and we love going to Red Robin wherever we are at. This Yakima location was very accommodating to our food allergies which include no gluten and no dairy. The burger was even hot!

I mean it was fine they messed up my order I should have probably asked for a discount but I didn’t. But they were Really good about seeing if we wanted a soda refill or fries refilled (bottomless fries). Super nice. I was in the bar not the main restaurant. There was a wait for tables in the restaurant part but the bar had open tables so…..

I’ve been in many times since Oct 2021 (about once a month I guess) They have new & special burgers on a regular basis that I enjoy. The service is still top notch.

They had a number of new items on the fall menu (glad their Chili is back). Today I tried the new “Cheesy Bacon Fondue” burger. IT WAS FABULOUS!!. Two others, seated near me, tried it as well – they LOVED IT as well. I hope this one stays around. Also had the “Mountain High Mudd Pie” still one of my favorites.
9/02/2021 – Another excellent meal today. Best burgers in town. We also has a pizza today. It’s good, but I like the burgers more.
7/2021 Great service, food & prices. The COVID-19 cleaning & spacing made me feel comfortable dining inside. Had a Bonzie burger – it was wonderful.
