Visiting this location is always a delightful experience. Alicia, the drive-thru attendant, is consistently kind and attentive. Their cookies are delicious, and the chicken noodle soup in the bread bowl is my absolute favorite. I’ll definitely be returning!

The food was very good. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Food was prepared and ready in a timely manner. The fireplace was going and added a nice touch. My issue was a walked up to order and a heated back and forth between two employees was occurring. The lady taking my order was taking my order and addressing another male employee. I understand people are human and have emotions. However there is a time and a place for all things and it wasn’t in full view of customers. I was embarrassed for the employees and the other guests. Man, pictures don’t lie. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Welp, as you can see from the picture off there own website, I was hopeful to get that, but nah. I got a smashed up, burnt, squished, cheese monstrosity. I couldn’t even pry apart the two pieces of bread! Had to drive all the way back up there to get my money back. I won’t be back to this location ever again. It has gone downhill big time.

I love the chicken and wild rice because it normally has a creamy consistency. Today it was super watery, I literally could’ve put a straw in it. Highly disappointed with my food and I normally have nothing but great things to say about Panera.

I felt like my Butternut squash soup was more sweetened than when I have had it at the store that I usually visit. I personally prefer it less sweet. Everything else was 5 Star and the sweetness is just a personal preference.

I’ve come by before during lunch hr, Or afternoon, the food is good. Customer service is good, they seem busy at times. I’ve bought my food to go and to eat inside the place is clean, they have everything available most of the time however I did notice recently on some occasions they were out of certain items, the drive through would be closed.

Food and service is not bad. The restaurant actually looks nice and very spacious. But the restroom is super dirty and smelly. Very surprised!
