Not the best burgers in the world. But really good burgers. Don’t be in a hurry, you aren’t getting your meal soon, because they are super busy. They have loads of employees, so it’s not staffing. The employees were constantly busy. The place is just way popular for the size. I enjoyed myself and it was worth a 3 hour trip to enjoy this place that is only open during summer. Best prices ever!

This has quickly become my new favorite burger spot. I visited with some friends today, and we all enjoyed it immensely. The burger has a delightful smash-style patty with a perfectly crispy edge. Initially, I thought the fries seemed a bit small, but the generously-sized, incredible burgers more than make up for it. The onions were also fantastic, crispy, and full of flavor. The caramel milkshake was delightful after a warm day with strong caramel flavor. I’ll definitely be returning before they close for the winter. I love this place.

Great food and service. Drive up and park, they come to your vehicle and take your order and bring it to you when it’s ready. You can sit at the tables on either side of the restaurant if you like. Great burgers, BBQ, and sandwiches, ice cream selections as well. On special days or holidays they can get really busy, parking lot bursting at the seams and they still keep up and get your order… just may take a little longer. Prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Bring CASH to pay with and either drive up or sit at the covered tables to order. Enjoy an old drive in restaurant feel with great prices in today’s rising costs. The ladies serving are very helpful and happy to help answer any questions. If you’re in the area, swing by and grab some lunch. There is also a grassy outdoor area that is great for kids to stay entertained.

Went to this place after spending a day on the lake, it was pretty stinking good. Hit the spot for sure. We got a bunch of cheeseburgers, which reminded me of a whataburger from Texas. We also got chicken strips, and a chuckwagon! The chuckwagon was essentially a chicken fried steak sandwich. The fries were good, and the onion rings were just ok, but the burgers were pretty good!

Service for our group of 11 was excellent, we were seated immediately, ordered within 10 minutes, and had our hands on our orders within another 15.
The offerings are usually high quality, and give a very small town street festival vibe.
The restaurant is frequented by locals and those in the know that visit the Land Between the Lakes. Get your bite of nostalgia the next time you come through.

Took a mid week trip to KY Lake with the Family and stayed in a House Lakefront. Talk about middle of nowhere, which is what we wanted. We ate the majority of our meals at home but decided to take the 20 Min drive from the house to Belews.
Of course I looked up reviews before we came and I really loved that it has amazing reviews. I was pretty excited to try the food and the atmosphere.
First, it was HOT. I knew it was a “drive-in” but we had 2 cars full of family so we got out and sat at the tables that surround the restaurant. It was shaded and there were fans but whew I was glad they had ice cream.
Prices are amazing per item but one you get a main, side and drink, it’s pretty much average price of takeout.
I got burger, with everything, a side of fries and a diet coke. The burger was good. Nothing memorable about it other than I thought it was heavy on mustard. Fries were standard crinkle fries. Overall it was a basic meal with a neat environment. Ice cream was good especially because it was hot but again not memorable.
I will say what was memorable was the waitress. They were out there busting their tails in 100 degree heat, made hotter from the cars they were delivering to. I was impressed because I don’t think I could do it at all let alone with a smile.
I might go again if at the lake again but maybe later in the summer closer to fall.

Deeeeeelicious. This sit in your car (or benches if they are free) is a great place to come for a sweet treat. We didn’t try the food, but came for the dessert. The prices are amazing and the service is friendly. We hear there are long wait times as it is a popular place. We didn’t have to wait that long during the week. I highly recommend stopping by if you need a yummy treat.

Hamburgers and cheese burgers are great. Chicken sandwich very good as well. Fries and onion rings serving size too small. Could be better quality as well. Otherwise a good place to enjoy a meal.
