A great homey type location. Very rural suburban vibe. Staff is extra friendly. You don’t get the teenage worker vibe you usually would at most fast food restaurants.

11:27pm, they close at 2am. I put my order in, get to the window, wait a few minutes, then the girl comes to the window, totally unconcerned & tells me they just told her they were out of beef for the night. Really. Out of beef, on a Sunday night, at 11:27pm & you still got 2 1/2 until closing? Ok, whatever. I pull off, call the person who sent me out. They said, well, grab me a Rueben, no beef on that. Ok, fine. I pull back arpund to the speaker. “Welcome to Arbys”, in that same monotone voice, “Were only accepting cards right now.” Ok. So now youre not taking cash, which is what I was gping to use to pay for the beef sandwich. You’ve got to be kidding me. Ive never had such an experience to where I’ve tried to order from somewhere 2 times, literally less than 5 minutes apart & was basically shut down both times. Arbys. Get your crap together. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive never had such a bad experience.

The drive thru was pretty quick and the staff friendly. My only feedback is the irritation with upsizing which of course leads to unchanging without asking or advising the customer. I realized it after I was given my total and asked at the window.

Good was good as expected, but there were no napkins available for us to take in the restaurant and none were provided with our order. Also sauces needed refilling. It was very difficult to get service from anyone working behind the counter.

I ordered a chicken sandwich french fries and a drink. The chicken sandwich taste was okay but my fries were crunchy, overly and cooked. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Sometimes you just want some curly fries. If you just want “The Meats” they have some defent sandwich deals on the app weekly. They never seem busy , but the food has always been prepared well and staff customer service has been on point

Says they close at 2, but it’s 1 and they’re inside trying to act like they’re closed. 2 cars still out front, somebody still on the inside, lights still on. but i guess they’re hiding so they don’t have to take any orders. lame .
