Warning to anyone thinking about ordering from this McDonald’s location.
I went there around 1:30 AM, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, raising her voice and speaking to customers in a very disrespectful way, like she was looking for an argument with anyone.
I also saw with my own eyes that she refused to give an order to a driver from DoorDash and told him, “I’m not giving you the order,” right in front of everyone.
What’s surprising is that there were younger employees working there who were actually polite and trying to be helpful, but her behavior made the whole place uncomfortable.
It’s shocking that a company like McDonald’s allows this kind of behavior in front of customers. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Management seriously needs to address this.

We order two six piece nuggets and two small fries. With every nugget order a complementary sauce comes with it. For the bigger sizes you get a more sauce. Our kids will eat the sauce with nuggets made at home so we always order extra. Tonight 12/18/2025 we order ten extra sauces. We only got 10 sauces. We should have received the complementary ones as well. I have never had this issue at other McDonald’s. It may not seem like a big deal but it kind of is!

This McDonalds is disgusting! The service was okay and the workers were kind of nice and they were pretty respectful, But I ordered a Big Mac and it had this nasty slimey white stuff in it and my chicken nuggets were cold. Overall the food was disgusting but my grandson loved the little rainbow table in the back so I’ll be nice.

Food was fine, I ordered on my mobile app when was expecting to pick it up within 10 to 15 minutes. Only to have to wait outside with nobody answering the drive-thru for about 20 to 25 minutes. As I write this review I’m still waiting for someone to say something at the drive-thru….. Granted it is early 6:10 a.m.

If you order a drink here, make sure to taste it before you leave, or you might end up taking home a cup of flavorless “water.”
When I tried to get my drink replaced, the front counter lady just told me to wait… and wait… Then she completely ignored me and started slowly teaching a “new” employee instead of helping customers.
Terrible attitude and zero sense of responsibility. Definitely not coming back.

I usually have a good experience here but today after waiting at and in the two lane drive thru lines I encountered at the first window where you pay a rude argumentative woman. Had studs in her lips not sure name. I had ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, med drink and fry. Five or so minutes between drive through order and my encounter at pay window. Pulled up to pay and she couldn’t find the order. She implied that I didnt order she could not find it. Told her What my order was and she became defensive,. She said dont know what to tell you but your order isnt here. I was willing to wait but when I told her I had placed the order she said to ont give me attitude. Pulled out of the line and left…for good. Belligerent. Place was busy seemed they were overwhelmed but still no excuse. Never again…

Fries are expensive , always cold chewy or cardboard texture
Stop leaving fries out so long and make sure u cook them enough ! This is an on going issue with every McDonald’s I go to , not just this one location.

Pretty much have never had a positive experience at this location. I never leave negative reviews but today was the last staw. I said at the speaker that I had 2 mobile orders. After I said the first order #, the employee said the second order # for me, and I confirmed that was correct. Once I got to the window, they claimed they had no order with that number. I was accused of not saying the order # at the speaker and then was accused of not even placing an order. Even after showing my phone screen, they still claimed I never put in the order. After some scrambling around, they finally found it. I would have appreciated an apology instead of them acting like it was my fault. I’m attaching my receipt as proof that they did receive my order and payment on the app. I also was given a dr.pepper instead of a diet coke, and I asked for extra sauce on my chicken sandwich and was given even less than normal. Only thing edible from the order was the fries. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Ever since I moved to Woonsocket. This McDonalds has been disappointing me. It be taking them 10-40 minutes to bring me my food every single time I go there. I see the workers standing around talking to each other instead of working. At some point. My food was just sitting there waiting. My drink and food was ready for me but not a single person brought it to me. My coffee and food were cold. They had me watching my food get cold and not just that. I KEEP FINDING HAIR IN MY FOOD
