Every time I’ve came to this location they have alway skipped past me with there being two lanes. I have tried both separate times and still I get skipped with people behind me thinking it’s me when they have taken the other lanes order consistently(3 times) rather than taking turns. If you’re going to have two lanes use them correctly! This is simply unfair to those who have gotten there first. I simply wanted a 10ct nugget, I had my app ready, payment ready & was very patience until I wasn’t. I got impatient after the 4th car in the other lane pulled around, I had to find a last minute place to eat with having limited time.

$10 for old cold fries (not even lukewarm) and a old chewy fish sandwich. Not even the owner would want you serving that crap to make money

I placed an order on the app to pick up, while I was waiting in the drive-through line to pick it up, they canceled my order. I go inside ask what’s going on they said that they can’t place orders right now although the order had already been placed and payment had gone through and they were actively taking orders and giving out food. They said that a refund would be happening. However, the refund wouldn’t come into my account for five more days. That’s ridiculous. The lady at the counter was rude about it and had an attitude and then when I left, they made rude comments as I walked out. If you can’t place an online order, don’t have that option available.

I used to love this location, but their food isn’t good anymore. It’s going downhill this past year. The burger patties are overcooked and dry to the bone. The fries are not fresh. It’s obvious these have been sitting out and dipped back in the hot oil to not have to make new ones. They are disgusting and soaked with oil. We threw away the majority of the fries. Spending $32 for a family of three on fast food on a Thurs at 6 pm during prime dinner time, and this is what we get? Dry burgers and cold, oil-soaked fries! No thanks. Will try the one on Dave Ward from now on (if we even want McDonald’s anymore!).

Customer service is a joke. Had to wait in the drive through for my order. Got our breakfast finally and headed back home. Got there without a sausage egg McMuffin. Called the store to inform them and they asked if I was going to come back tomorrow to get the missing item. Then the manager said they would just “write my name down” so when I came back they would make the missing item… so I get to go back out of my way to get the item you left out? I’ll spend my $30 elsewhere

My husband came in this evening (10/30/25) and ordered multiple items. As he waited for his order, he became aware that the staff’s attitude certainly changed to one of being annoyed and inconvenienced by his large order. Staff’s attitude started to border on rudeness, as laughing and side looks made it seem that his weight was also being targeted given that it was a large order. This is very disappointing, may want to remind staff that customers should always be treated with respect.

I just picked up a curbside breakfast order. My Egg McMuffin did not have Canadian bacon(or any meat) on it. And I was missing my spicy sausage McMuffin. My order number was 1990.

I used to frequent this location because it is a mile from my house, but will likely not return for awhile. I recieved apple pies this morning that were past the Enjoy By Date. The apples were dried out. Some were shriveled and hard while others were gummy. I went back through the drive thru and had minimal but pleasant conversation with the staff and yet the young lady rebagged the same 2 pies and gave them to me with a smile.

my only complaint is the drive thru printer doesn’t print a receipt that’s legible, so I have to wait to get a reprint from another printer in order to read the numbers to do a survey, been like this for months
