We arrived with a party of 21 people and they served us all in 20-30 minutes! All of the students ordered meals plus ice cream and were so happy with their orders (see photos!). Thank you to the staff tonight who helped take our large order and gave us great service. Only note is the restroom needed tidied up. Thank you for everything! Good job! Greatly appreciated! We ordered, sat down and ate, used the restrooms and back in the vans in under an hour.

The e blizzard was very cold, and a little melty but it was very good. The fries were also delicious.

The staff was not particularly welcoming but were decent. We got the blizzard, which is supposed to be flipped upside down to show that the ice cream is hard. Our cups were not flipped, but we were hopeful the ice cream would be good. Instead, by the time I walked outside to the parking lot, my ice cream was running down the sides of the cups. It leaked into the car and all over the seats. 5 minutes into our drive home, it had turned into soup. I am completely disappointed. If the ice cream had not been of good quality, we should have been informed. I’ve never had such a horrible DQ experience. Will never be back.

Always a great ice cream product; however, the prices have gotten outrageous. You can buy a tub of ice-cream and toppings at the store for less than one item at DQ.

Update – went on Friday May 17 around 3:30 and had a peanut buster parfait and it was delicious . I got a side of hot fudge with it . They were nice and pleasant so I gave 4 stars . It was an improvement from my last visit .
My burger was not fresh … it was old and cold . I ordered inside and it took forever . She said “ we are waiting on fries “ maybe that’s why the burger was cold . I just think it was old . Next time I’m taking it back up there and complain .

Buffalo chicken strips …not Buffalo even though it was ordered as the Buffalo chicken strips meal.
Cheeseburger was so hot (from the microwave) but so old, fries undercooked and ice cream wasn’t even good.
Men’s bathroom had a lot of flies … I guess that is why people pee outside.
Disappointing for sure when expect DQ to be WAY better!

Every once in a while I get the blizzard craving. The building needs some TLC, the staff is ok, prices are high for what you get.
