Friendly staff, timely service, clean, good music, soda fountain accessible to customers, good variety of foods options. The food is pretty good but I thought the mashed potatoes and gravy was a little bland and the beef patties are a little thin but not too thin. They bring the food to your table. I got a double burger meal with a medium drink for $14 and change. I would go here again. Most people who go here use the drive-thru.

It was a great time here. The food was really good, the customer service was good. It’s a great spot to order in sit down. There was plenty of space to grab a seat and dine in (Now if you prefer the Drive-thru, the line was super long from the time we arrive to when we left, so you’ll definitely be waiting a while in line if you choose to drive-thru option). It had been my first time here, and the burger was really good, I see why this place is so popular! Fries were also good, and the malted shake we got was absolutely delicious. It’s the kind of shake that, for a few seconds, magically transports for to another place and time in your life to when you’ve had malt. The atmosphere of this place is really warm and inviting, the general areas are very clean and the bathrooms are also clean and very neat (I also found it cute how the men’s sign it had said “Gentlemen” instead of “Men” !). Amazing overall, and worth the drive if you’re up for trying a new kind of burger!

Went to this establishment today around 8PM and had a lovely experience! We ordered through the drive through, and both boys who were running the drive through were pleasant and efficient. It was refreshing!

The lukewarm coffee issue has been resolved!
Have revisited and my favorite from all their menu items have to be the Mushroom & Swiss , while my husband loves the Sourdough Melt.
Have also tried the Cheese Curds and my friend loves them!
MUST mention SERVICE ! 5-⭐!!!!
Personally, Culver’s over the M-ore coMMon burger chain.
Definitely another go-to place even if it’s farther from our residence.

I got the 2-pc and it was more than enough to fill me up as it also came with coleslaw.
I opted for the Tartar and Bombom Sauces and let me say, the Bombom will be my choice next time.
A staff went around offering samples of their Chocolate and Cashew Caramel Custard.
The Cashew Caramel is ⭐!
The burgers also get high marks. Really good.
Chili was just chili.
Maybe, I need to try the other types of chili.
Service was definitely 5-stars!
From the gentleman who took our order, to the lady staff who went around greeting customers and giving away samples, and even another young male staff bussing the tables, who was so friendly and polite to ask how are afternoon was going.
Overall, the staff customer service is 5⭐!

I’ve only eaten here three times but each time I went with the cod and it was consistently amazing. Service was cool. I can’t really tell you about the atmosphere cause I went through the drive thru. Looks pretty chill though.

Great Service for a Burger+ Restaurant. Loved the Concrete Ice Cream Shakes. The price for 2 Medium Shakes was over $6 each (the buy one get one coupon used was a Deal). The Restaurant was clean. Lots of food choices on the Menu. I hear this place serves Great fish sandwiches too.

I stopped at Culver’s for lunch while traveling (first time, since I’m from Pennsylvania and we don’t have them). I ordered takeout a deluxe burger, sides, a drink, and a concrete mixer. The food itself tasted great, no complaints there, and I could tell the restaurant was clean and well taken care of.
That said, my order was wrong when it finally came out, which was frustrating given the price. On top of that, some of the staff seemed like they weren’t fully sober and you could smell smoke/alcohol, and it showed in how the order was handled. I’m allergic to nicotine products, so even brief interaction left me sneezing and stuffed up and itchy.
Overall, I’d say the food itself was solid and worth trying, but the experience with the service really took away from what should have been an enjoyable first Culver’s visit.

Drove past this place for years but never went in until now.This is the vibe of an old school hamburger place that I used to go to when I was a kid. The food options were better than expected, but I thought the customer service was extremely good, especially for 2023. Everyone was welcoming, and it showed. The employees seemed especially happy to be there, which is quite rare in today’s world. It was extremely clean, and they brought my food to me when i dine in. It’s definitely worth checking out!
