Update: IHOP reached out to us for feedback and promised to check with the kitchen about the excess grease/quality of the ingredients. Plus, they also refunded our payment. We appreciate their openness to feedback and intent to do better. Our experience below could hence be a one-off incident.
We had a veggie omelette with hash brown and multigrain bread and French toast here for dinner. The French toast was great but we knew something was definitely off with the omelette (the cheese was stale and there was too much oil/ grease). We didn’t want to complain and finished the dinner and all of us ended up sick. I threw up through the night and next day and couldn’t get to work. Please please ensure the cheese and ingredients used in the meals are fresh and reduce the oil/ grease or clean up the grease residue before cooking non-meat stuff.

The food was generally good and the service great.
Kids menu, value and quality was good and was the Denver omelette.
The Poblano egg Benedict was very spicy due to the fresh Serrano peppers added to the sauce. I was surprised to taste such a spicy dish at IHOP.

American pancake! So nice! It’s fluffy, soft and big. You literally get pancake for every combo that you order. We are so full. We forget that the american size is too big, luckily we can bring the rest of the food on the go.
The waitress who served us just now is Carmina. Lovely lady, very helpful and always coming back to our table to make sure we get all that we need. Including extra coffee to go for our trip!

Ihop will always be a classic. You’re not going there for a Michelin experience, you’re going there for the classics. The service here was professional and polite and fun, and all the servers were extremely helpful. Pancakes are still fluffy and awesome, but the best part is that they still have all four of the classic syrups.
My only complaint, will always be the same with places like IHOP, the meat that they serve is the lowest grade possible, it’s horribly seasoned and they cook it to the point of being gray.
As long as they stick the pancakes, you’ll do all right here. I don’t recommend ordering anything else

Our server, Adrian, was really friendly and on top of things. We never felt like we were waiting or that we needed something. Good server, for sure.
This was the absolute cleanest IHOP we’ve been in. We’ve been to several that had food remnants and crumbs on multiple tables, in seats, on the floor, etc.. with bathrooms absolutely covered in toilet paper. Not this location. This location looked like everything was untouched and unused.
My only complaint is food related. The chicken strips on the appetizer sampler ($15.00 for three chicken strips, three mozzarella sticks and about seven onion rings) were over cooked, barely above chicken nugget size (like maybe two inches long), covered in with a very thick, heavy breading that tasted like old oil and flour. Not good.
Our to go order came out quickly, packed up and ready to go. I even left without checking my to go order, which I never do. I trusted Adrian had everything in order.
Overall, everything was good.

Our food was delicious and server was good but there was a server that kept on coughing since we got there. She would cough in the air and every once in a while she would cough in her arm. What we didn’t like she was cleaning the hot sauce bottles in the kitchen and coughing a lot!! She either needed to go home or wear a mask for that much coughing!! Management needed to do something and he was there.

We came here at least once a week with my wife but today were disappointed. we got 2 plates and the other plate has hair on it. they said they gon refund the other plate but when i got the bill they just adjust like $3-4 discount. what kind of customer service is this? okay i said thats fine paid the bill and the server even put a 20% tip for himself. not coming back again!!!!

This place is just simply awesome. Full quality is excellent and the service is just beyond great. There is nothing negative to say about this place. I wish this place was closer to me so I can’t come and visit more often to get great Mexican food.
