Service is terrible we get attitude from employees every time we come here. They don’t even melt the cheese on the food and when you ask for the bathroom code they tell you they have to let you in but then they don’t. They just go on about working and ignore the fact that you’re standing at the bathroom trying to get the hell in. Their lobby is never clean, and their bathroom is absolutely disgusting. They don’t clean the toilet clearly and everything in there is disgusting. And to top it off a majority of the time we come here if we need something, they ignore you while you’re standing at the front trying to get their attention. You literally have to yell at them sometimes to get them to come over.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Took my family here, ordered off the kiosk, tried to pay at the counter, waited about 10 minutes while 2 employees walked by the counter several times ignoring me before I finally left and went to the taco bell on on West main. Funny enough another family in line behind us at the Jackson location also left and went to the main location.

Always get food wrong every single time and they make sure your not gettin a refund or getting it remade by making it a giant hassle. Genuinely had to talk to every single person in the store and tell them what was wrong with my order before they told me i had to fix it through the app.

I ordered through door dash and my order came pretty quickly. The food was cold and the chicken was stale and burnt tasting then my nacho fries were soggy. Most disappointed I’ve been with taco bell.

Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,
I need to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding repeated bad experiences at your location. Over the last three days, my orders have consistently been poor in quality:
• The food has not been served hot and often tastes old.
• The chicken was rubbery and inedible.
• The tortillas that were supposed to be soft flour were hard and stale.
• Items are frequently missing from my orders.
• Most concerning, the beans were sour, smelled spoiled, and clearly not safe to eat.
This is unacceptable. Serving spoiled food is a health risk, and combined with the repeated mistakes and missing items, it shows a serious lack of care at this location.

So let’s face it. I don’t have very high expectations for Taco Bell after all who really wants to go south of the border. That said, this was an absolute wretched attempted It started off It started off with a 3 minute wait from the time the order taker told me to wait. Then he proceeds to let me order to then tell me that they are out of beef.. which was fine because one of the two items that I was ordering was the steak which they had and the other could just be substituted with chicken right up until they wanted to charge me extra to substitute in chicken on a product because they are out of beef. That is very poor business practices by this pathetic chain . I’m not sure in my lifetime if I will ever go back there on purpose as they truly Don’t know anything about customer service. So again, if you’re on Jackson Street in between Central and Riverside and you’re hungry, stay hungry because Taco Bell ain’t where it’s at

Most garbage taco bell I’ve had yet. Ordered online and in person both experiences were abysmal garbage waste of time. Never go here if you want any kind of pleasent fast food experience. Over 2 hours of waiting for an online order and over an hour for in person cold nasty old food for a relatively small order. 100% would never go here again and I hope other don’t have to suffer the same

The Taco Bell located here is okay. It’s a little weird to turn into off of Jackson street. But once you get there the food is okay. However I do encourage you keep an eye on your surroundings, and probably your vehicle too.
