I went there at night, order some carne asada fry’s. But when I got home I realized that the fry’s are way undercooked!! They are very pale it’s obvious they are undercooked!? Why not just take the time to cook the fry’s ?

Both inside and outside were very clean. No trash anywhere and no food smears or traces on the tables.
Interior is typical of this type of restaurant, nothing fancy or special but not knocking because of that.
Price for items is average to slightly above but the portions are great so the cost is on par. The fish taco was the biggest I’ve had with 2 large strips/fillets of fish. The burritos are large and filled up compared to other places that don’t fill them and you end up with alot of “extra”/unused wrap. Beans and rice aplenty.
Everything had great flavor however the guacamole on the food was slightly bland and thinner than most as if slightly water down. The guacamole on the condiment bar is an avocado sauce, not guacamole. It was a tad bit salty, but bearable, and had a nice kick off spiciness to it, I think even spicier than the pickled and spiced carrots. The condiment bar even had cilantro.
Staff is very nice and sounded like the cook enjoyed his job.
Service was fast too. Ordered 2 burritos, 1 fish taco, a 2-soft taco meal, and 3 rolled tacos. From order to completion was about only 10 min and I requested some changes to some items too, which all came out exact.
I definitely recommend this place and will certainly be going back…often.

I got food poisoning from their shrimp burrito

I called in to tell them so nobody else gets sick and nobody spoke English unfortunately. Love this restaurant, I go here often. If you speak Spanish please let them know. Hope nobody else gets sick

I used to love this place, however, tonight was a terrible experience. The bacon in our breakfast burrito was as just straight-up fat. I was munching on straight up fat in every single bite. I attached an image of a 2 by 2 by 1 inch chunk of FAT in the burrito. This is so disgusting. The other picture is what’s left after we tried to eat the thing. We also asked them to cut in in half and they didn’t. Jeez.

As a Doordasher, I tend to have a pretty mediocre experience here every time I come to pick up any late night orders.

Even when it is late and there are no customers, I am made to come inside the lobby to pick up, rather than just using the drive thru. The cashier that is usually there late at night sits at a table inside, doing something on his laptop (likely online classes, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t affect his service.)
Just because I didn’t order the food doesn’t mean I don’t deserve the same respect as a customer gets.

He doesn’t even bother to check that I confirmed the order, or that I’m even who I say I am as a Dasher. It would be remarkably easy to steal anybody’s food from this location after midnight, as the order is always just sitting on the counter being unsupervised.

It’s very frustrating to have to get out in the cold or in bad weather to walk inside, when the drive thru is entirely open. All of this just because the person working at that time doesn’t want to get up and bring the food to the window.

I’ve loved going to Beto’s for many years. Their breakfast burritos are still the best out there. You won’t regret it.

The food is very good, but the employee working was not friendly at all. They prepare food way fast. The sign of being open 24 hours is kind of deceitful because they’re not open 24 hours, that’s why giving only 3 stars. Their breakfast burritos are pretty good though.

Got a carne asada burrito but was charged for a carne asada fries burrito. Also burrito was half the size of the breakfast burrito that was ordered. The size difference has been going on for a long time. Rancherito’s is a much better option than Beto’s. Will boycott from here on out for their insolence!
