As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

i very strongly dislike the drive thru speaker, but i can deal. the thing is that there is always AT LEAST one item missing every time i order without fail. only reason my review is not lower is because Ive never had issues with taste or temperature

Rallys has the best fast food fries, all their sandwiches and chicken is surprisingly good. The workers are nice too. The AI drive thru sucks though. Get AI out and rallys would be amazing all around. Very disappointing

Got here at around 8:15 it was a little full but completely understood. Pulled up, paid, told me to go to the second window because they’re a little delayed ok I understand. Waited in line and when I finally pulled up to the window around 8:40 they didn’t even come to the window until 9:05 and then almost gave us the wrong order. Unbelievable an employee even stopped and went on their phone for five minutes. I understand being delayed and how it gets busy but this was truly unremarkable. Rally’s is never worth waiting almost a whole hour for their food. Don’t come here if you want to wait for over an hour for just a burger go to wendy’s.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 11 pm on the dot. Ordered, then pulled up to the window. Sat at the window for 15 minutes before someone even opened the window. Took about 3 minutes to get my card back after I gave it to pay, which was suspicious. After that it was another 10 minutes for our food. At the time we were the only ones at the drove thru. While the window was open, I could hear loud laughing and cursing from inside the store. When our food was finally handed to us, the person at the window was still laughing about something. Overall very unprofessional service. Giving 2 stars cause the food came out hot and tasted good.

Food was hot & fresh. Robotic order taking with no human assistance. Slightly annoying. We always love Rally’s though. Biggest negative is they dont offer the chicken bites box anymore. Still have good options. The fry seasoned chicken tenders were good. But as we all know, Rallys hands down has the best fries.

DISAPPOINTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I was on a 30 minute break from work and decided Rally’s vs McDonald’s. I should’ve gone with my first thought (McDonald’s). I arrived at 12:00 am. There are two drive-thru lanes and both were open. I chose the line with only 1 car ahead of me. As soon as it was my turn at the microphone someone inside told me to hold on. Now, I’m a pescatarian so I always ask for FRESH fish and of course fresh fries and both usually take 4-5 minutes to cook. I waited at the microphone for 7-8 minutes and when he came back to the mic he took my order. At the cashier window, they asked me to wait another 6-7 but to pull around to the other sides drive-thru line. I very politely that I was on break from work and that there were like 5 cars in that other line. She told me not to worry because the other line was for door dash and that it would be fast. It took about 5 minutes to make it back to the window for my food. The manager handed me my order without saying a word. He just shut the window just as fast he opened it. No sorry about the wait, no thank you, no do you need ketchup or napkins?!? NOTHING!! Just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I got back to work (5 mins away)..I noticed that my fish was not fresh at all. The edges were very hard and I KNOW that only happens when it has been sitting in staging cabinet. There was no reason for that to have happened besides “trying to be funny” because I mentioned that I needed to get back to work. SUPER PETTY! 3/16/24 Time: 12:00 AM. A lighter skinned man with curly hair and a ponytail at the top. A brown skinned girl with a natural afro. Neither one of the seen anything wrong with treating a customer this way! I will NEVER go back to your SUPER SLOW, RUDE EMPLOYEE establishment again.
UPDATE: As of 4//2/24 I have not received a response after emailing the address listed in the company’s comment to this review. UPDATE: Sorry so late! A month ago the NEW manager at Rally’s called to apologize for how I was treated before she became a manager there. She offered to fix it for me. I have not gone back yet but I will give them another chance. I really appreciate her for calling me. Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The food was horrible and cold no cheese on my CHEESE burger the bun was stale along with the fries patty was horrible the sprite tasted funny like how do you get all of this wrong after I had 3 bites of my burger I threw it away and 10 minutes later my stomach started hurting I had to also throw the fries away cause they were stale honestly I can’t believe this then I tried to call nobody answered I would not eat here again for the life of me i hope whos reading this takes this seriously cause this is no joke
