We had the best experience with TF’s College Park location. Ordered our usuals, expecting the usual – barely any romaine lettuce in the salad bowl and tacos, and over seasoned chips to the point we always just throw them into the trash. BUT!!! Our order last night was a grand surprise – lots of lettuce along with a good amount of toppings and chicken AND the chips were the way they should be! Whatever you’ve done, keep it up! Thanks TF’s

Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. The employees are obviously overwhelmed and you can see how poorly this location is run. Every time we come here, there’s an extended wait due to understaffing. It’s not the fault of their employees as they do their best but you can tell they’re about to cry just working here.
How can so many other locations operate so much better than this place? It’s due to poor management and ownership. STAFF UP especially during rush hour. I’ve been in the restaurant business long enough this is a reflection of management.

The quality of food at these chains has dropped significantly in the last 5 years or so. I don’t want to complain too much because I guess what do you expect for $10 worth of tacos? I guess I expect what I used to get for $10.
Don’t bother with the rice. It’s hard and dry like it’s been under a heat lamp for 6 or 8 hours. They did switch it out for me to black beans, which were pretty stewed with no semblance of a bean shape. We were there at 2pm so I don’t see why that would even be a thing. I also would not bother with shredded chicken anything. Seems like it was cooked in an instant pot with absolutely no seasoning. So the texture is there but it’s really watery with no taste.
Dos tacos, crunchy, beef is the way to go. However, the ones we got were kind of cold. And a lot of the hot sauce pumps barely worked.

Stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and it was pretty quiet. Sam at the counter was super friendly and helped us choose a special with two meals, sodas, and a queso & chips appetizer for around twenty bucks. The food is very affordable, and it was fresh. We both ordered hard-shell tacos, which I wouldn’t say were much different from other restaurants, but they were good. The cheese dip was really good, and we got a LOT of it. Unfortunately some of the hot sauces on the sauce bar were empty, so we didn’t get to try too many, but it’s nice that they’re offered. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quick, cheap, fresh lunch, and we’d go again if we found ourselves in the area.

Got the coupons from Orlando Pride, buy 1 entre and get a free taco. We opted to get the 3 taco entrees. Steak was an upcharge of course, but they have a plural of sauce options OVER 10 SAUCE OPTIONS!! What a great atmosphere provided by a very welcoming and courteous staff. Staff informed us of Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursday specials for 8 bucks. Come check them out you’d be surprised to see what’s on the ceiling.

Not sure WTH is going on with them tonight. I wish they had just turned us away vs taking our order. We’ve been waiting over half an hour. The chips we got were stale. The restaurant wasn’t overrun or anything but now there are about a dozen other customers also upset and waiting for 30 minutes plus. The annoying part is they are serving Ubereats customers constantly while we all wait.

The last 3 times I’ve come here for Taco Tuesday I ordered through the app. The app says ready in 20 minutes. I live 10 minutes away so that should only leave around another 10 minutes left. I always have to ask the employees where’s my food. For some reason it always ends up being 35 to 40 minutes before it’s brought out. I see quite a few people that come in after us order but, get their food before us. Not sure what’s up with that

I have been back a few times since my original review and I must say, they definitely have improved. The last two times, my food was ready on or very near the provided pick up time. Glad to see they are back on track.

Getting harder to justify coming here for take out. Food is great but can not get take out in a reasonable time.
Placed an order online and added a specific pick up time knowing that they’re usually busy and have had to wait long time for pick up in past.
Got here three minutes before scheduled time and have been waiting 20 minutes with no food in sight. During my wait, another 10 or so customers have joined me waiting for their food, of which one has been given their food.
Food here is great but service is going down the drain.

Waited 25 minuets for a To Go order at 7pm just to get home and find half my meal is missing, Tijuana Flats has been going downhill for years and this is the final straw. The company sold out and ruined something that used to be special.
