As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Sara at Checkers. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, she truly stood out. She was kind, patient, and treated me with such genuine warmth. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the customers she serves.
On top of that, the entire experience was perfect. My food was hot and fresh, and the fries were crispy and made just right — not sitting out, not cold, but exactly how they should be. Everything was prepared perfectly and came out quickly.
It wasn’t just about getting my order right (which she absolutely did), it was about the way she made the whole visit feel welcoming and positive. Small acts of kindness go a long way, and Sara genuinely made my day better. Checkers is lucky to have someone like her.

Stopped by tonight and ordered dinner for my family of 6. Was met with a smile by Sara who let us know she was the only one of staff tonight! She ran the food, drive through, and walk up like a champ. Despite being the only one working our food was fresh and all correct. Will be back just because of our great experience with Sara!
