This is my first time here, so I didn’t know what to order for the broth, so I asked the server to recommend it, but he seemed to have no knowledge of the food, just bragging about his fluent English skills as he was participating in an English speaking competition. In the end, I ordered two kinds of broth that said catalog menu recommend it. Sugiyaki, the Japanese style broth, was really salty with too much soy sauce. I ordered hot water twice and then pour them into the broth. The drinks and desserts were fine, but they need to improve their foods more, because it is expensive here. Only Wagyu sushi and sweet shrimp were delicious menus here, and comparing to the high price, there was not much else to eat.

I’m always looking for places where my family can not only enjoy great food but also feel comfortable and cared for. This was our first hot pot experience at this location and it turned out amazing! The food was fresh and delicious, but what stood out was our server, Walter! He was so kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything to us step by step, which made trying something new so easy and fun! He made sure we had everything we needed and truly went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back again 🙂

Walter was my waiter and his service was exceptional in a way that’s rare and immediately noticeable. He was very attentive, stepped in exactly when guidance was needed, and explained things clearly and concise. He answered my questions, corrected small things before they became issues, and maintained a calm, confident presence that made the entire experience feel smooth and relaxed. It was obvious he actually understood what he was doing and cared about doing it well—his service didn’t just support the meal, it elevated it.

Came up here after traveling for a concert and omg, the Wagyu was absolutely mouth watering. Me and my friend both got the gold package and I really recommend it. The appetizer and side orders were equally as delicious as the hot pot. Our server was super kind and helpful and made the experience memorable. If I’m ever in Duluth again, I will definetly be back!

Always love this place! The Black shabu soup always amazing, together with A5 Wagyu shoulder cut that I love and dip in raw egg! The service is super amazing too! I’ve been there many times and all servers are so nice! My favorite server is Fangting (sorry if i spelled her name wrong) She is amazing!
For a diamond set, besides A5 meat, I love their sweet shrimp and wagyu nigiri. Also their unlimited milk tea is super good (recommend to mix both two milk tea)

Our server was helpful and friendly about our request. She assisted with our first round of order and the food was delivered to the table with timely manner.
We got the Australian set. The set came with limited order of seafood, but they were just okay. The beef was more impressive. Appetizers and vegetables were unlimited as well, and we were happy with the selection offered.

Chubby Cattle Korean BBQ or Hot Pot can’t go wrong. This is a textbook well ran restaurant operation. They hit every mark. Service, quality, attentiveness, selection. If you like HotPot (or just a newbie) you’ll get the experience to remember. You’ll leave full, satisfied, and overall feeling like you had a good time. Top tier restaurant.
