Came in at 730 am to get breakfast was told dinning area was closed to go thr drive through. I told them that I was walking. I was told that I couldn’t be served because they were short on staff and that’s why their doors were closed. When the sign on the door says open at 0600 to include dinning area

It’s December, and this is the second time I’ve come inside and it’s absolutely freezing with no heat on. On top of that, the playground is closed, which is frustrating when you’re bringing kids inside to get out of the cold. To make matters worse, they were also out of several menu items. Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable or enjoyable visit, and this location really needs to do better.

Driving through was great. Nice and jokes included. Overall order not what I expected and was wrong. 2 fish o’feliet meal promo. Turned into a #6 meal, one fish sandwich no extra mayo. And no quality.

This McDonald’s needs to seriously evaluate its hiring and management practices. When I picked up my mobile order, the employee who brought it out looked and acted like he was on something heavy honestly seemed high, possibly meth or another hard substance. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it makes me question if employees here are even drug tested. As a customer, it’s disturbing to get food from someone who clearly shouldn’t be working in that condition. Management really needs to step up and address what’s going on at this location. I decided to just discard the food, afraid of the sanitary conditions.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but the fries here are nothing but grease drenched or something. McDonald’s was known for the fries. But now it’s depressing. Have some respect for the job you do. When buying a large fry I might get 6 or 7 good ones. What a waste. Don’t even bother calling your in the wrong. I’m done! EVERY handicap parking space blocked for over 30 minutes. Illegal? Most definitely . After looking around and seeing multiple people who probably needed those spaces, I spoke to the manager Bianca, to which the only excuse was they had a truck come in and needed to unload product and then they must have just neglected to pick up the crates. Well we got there at 8:33am and there were only 2 pallets of product in the parking lot by the door, not even near the spaces (as you can see from my video). We left at 9:05a and all spaces were still blocked except for the one I opened up on my way out

Probably the worse McDonalds on the planet. Yeah I get it McDobalds is nationally bad at service but this place was ridiculous. Order 2 breakfast meals in drive through. At the window and bag was handed to me which I immediately told them the order was wrong. They said ok and ha ded me a different bag. I pulled up and checked order was wrong again. I went inside showed the items received vs receipt. I then stood in there for 10 mins while they “fixed” the order. Upon receiving my order the third time I opened the bag in the store and guess what….. order was wrong again. Finally on the fourth try they got it right. Part of the problem I feel was it seemed like none of the employees at this location speaks English… I am all for having bilingual people but not having employees that cant communicate in English in America is insane.

Horrible service we waited in the drive thru at the order window for like 20 minutes and no one would take our order so we went inside and it wasn’t any better inside and it was filthy everywhere I’m seriously thinking of reporting them to the health department
