0 stars if I could. Food was waiting on the counter when I arrived to pick up my online order, un-bagged. Nobody seemed to want to come to the counter to help, instead stand and stare at me as they clean up. Only to get home and open my bowl to find the female line workers hair in my food! They never display good customer service here and are always attempting to shut down before closing, so it was my fault for going back but after the hair in my food, I will NEVER return.

Horrible! They don’t speak English and when you say what you want on your bowl or how you want it, just figure it won’t happen. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, as much as I eat Chipotle, this one’s the worst. I spend $40+ every time and this is baby portions. I’ll take my money elsewhere and get two steak meals and actually get full for that price. If you want your moneys worth, DONT GO HERE.

I made an online order at this location for a Burrito Bowl with steak, black beans, sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Gave them 20 minutes from my order to finish it by the time I arrived when my food was due at 5:10, it wasn’t ready. Not a big deal they seemed a little busy. I waited around for 7 minutes to get my order after being asked twice what my order was like they didn’t receive it. Though they even confirmed that they did receive my order. After that whole fiasco, I got my food and drink and went home. Only to be completely appalled at how badly they messed up my order, like how is a bowl that is barely half filled and missing half the ingredients an acceptable thing to serve? Remember this photo is on immediately opening my $19 dollar. I didn’t eat a single bite yet. Absolutely ridiculous. Even there online costumer service gave me a free side of guac for this mess up but that is truly not worth a mess up this bad.

Employees are nice and facility is always clean but the food is not good. My “soft shell” tortilla was rock hard and stale, my chips were burnt and also stale. I understand if it was close to closing at the end of the night trying to scrounge up portions and using stale chips/tortillas that have been sitting out for a while, but eating at 8pm it was a big disappointment.

Where do I begin? The restaurant was dirty, floors, counters, and tables. OK, maybe they got slammed and just haven’t been able to catch up. Empty dried out looking metal pans. Poor kid had to go to the grill to get our extremely dry steak.
We picked the less dirty table and sat down. Halfway through my bowl, I encountered something weird in my mouth. Looked like chicken with the consistency of rubber. Then all of a sudden the worst sound ever when you are eating is someone harking up phlegm and sneezing. We turned to look, and it was an employee. At this point, we are thoroughly grossed out and just tossed the rest of our food and left…

The lady who stands at the beginning of the line, makes you wait while is filling online orders as customers are standing in front of her ready to place on order. I assume she is a manager or the owner.
I asked for a side of guacamole today and was ready to pay for it. However, the same lady did not give it to me and falsely claimed that she had placed guacamole on my veggie bowl when she heard the cashiers saying that guacamole comes with the veggie bowl. I was ready to pay for a side of guacamole but as soon as she was told that I don’t need to pay for it, she falsely claimed that she had already placed it in my bowl and did not give me my side guacamole.
This is very dishonest way of doing a business and she basically stole guacamole from my food for her own profit!!
She needs to know that she is WRONG!! She basically lied to me in front of my own eyes!!
I should have asked her to open the lid and let me verify it; but I trusted her. I came home and there was NO guacamole on my bowl?!?!?!

Did carry out, two burritos. Got them and one was a bowl. The bowl had so little steak and beans in it, it was ridiculous. Why charge $11 for just toppings basically?? Ridiculous.

I really do hate to do this but I have given this location chance after chance. Each time they failed completely to make my gfs bowl correctly adding cheese and other things to her order she can’t eat and sometimes just giving her the wrong bowl entirely. I’m absolutely done. I never have this problem at any other location. I can’t tolerate it anymore, it makes this company look bad.
