If I could give zero stars I would . First off it was a 40 min wait time . With 3 cars in the drive through and no one inside. That’s crazy . 2nd when we got the food it was already cold . So I doubt we needed to wait that long for any of our food . 3rd the fries looked and felt as if they sat allll day . Not even the slightest bit warm . Then the soda was basically all carb water no flavor . Then to top everything off I asked for 2 bacon cheeseburgers with lettuce tomato and mayo and got ketchup and mayo no lettuce no tomatoes and it looks gross as hell . The people there are the most disrespectful crew I’ve encountered outside of McDonald’s next-door!! Do better and get the two cars that are literally filled to the roof with trash out the parking lot that should have been my first warning to leave . Got homeless people living out of nasty cars right by the drive thru crawling with bugs .

The lady working the drive through didn’t know the menu at all and tried to convince me that the baconador doesn’t exist?? It took 20 mins to prepare my food just for it to come out cold. And not a single thing was correct. Normal nuggets instead of spicy. Fries the wrong size. Mayo and mustard on a burger when I asked for only ketchup. Not to mention that every worker there was rude as hell.

Drive through was a 30 minute wait. 20 minutes just to take my order at the speaker to order. No cars ahead of me. Gave the wrong drinks and refused to trash them for me. Manger is rude. Food was cold because the guy at drive through was busy on his phone and talking to other employees. Went inside to complain and the guy at drive through Manger gave so excuse. Could not answer my question on why I was waiting when no one was inside. Horrible Wendy’s!

I just wasted my whole lunch break in the drive through. 20 mins starts to finish. 5 mins at the window between getting my drink and my food. They were out of what I wanted to order. Finally get my food and half of the items I paid for weren’t even in the bag. The sauce I asked for wasn’t in the bag. And the bun of the sandwich was hard as a brick. This has got to be the worst Wendy’s on the whole east coast. Not getting the food you paid for after waiting such a ridiculous amount of time is enough to drive someone insane. They are always understaffed. The staff is untrained and the whole place has a lazy attitude while cars are actively leaving the drive through line because they are so slow.

This isn’t the first time I’ve came to this location and been completely disrespected by the staff. Today I was on my lunch break I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with one car in front of me. I couldn’t see why the car wasn’t moving forward since no one was in front of them. Well no one was taking their order. So I drove around and parked and went inside. Not one customer in front of me. I walk up to order my food and 6 workers looked at and not one of them helped me. One guy actually said to another worker “what is that lady at the counter looking at me for”. She then looked at me and laughed. One worker asked me “what’s you looking at me for. What’s you want”. I said “I’d like to order please”. She then rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Another worker then finally walked up and said “I have to take a order outside then I’ll come back and help you”. I didn’t complain when she came back because she had saw me at the counter ready to order and walked past me. By the time I got back to work I had 10 minutes to eat. I work less then a mile from Wendy’s. I work in a restaurant so I know it can get busy and crazy but you don’t treat your customers this way. The customers are the reason you have a job and you get paid. If I treated our customers this way I would be fired.

Just moved into the neighborhood and decided to try this Wendy’s, what a mistake. I ordered the number one they made it a large without asking and gave me a cheese burger on a hard bun and a large french fry container half filled. The burger seem like it was old so needless to say I trashed it and will be calling the health department in the morning to request the establishment be checked for cleanliness and proper food handling. NEVER AGAIN!

I waiting in the the drive through for 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of me waiting to order they kept saying give them a second and took 20 minutes just for me to tell them my order then I had to wait a additional 15 minutes to get my food and it was only one car in front of me and the establishment was empty I would not recommend going here unless you want to wait 35+ minutes for some food y’all have to do better
