Purchased a meal through the app and was disappointed on many levels. Firstly, when I arrived, I was informed by staff that the mobile app did not work after midnight (It had just crossed midnight, but I had placed the order before midnight). Furthermore, the store was open until 1 am. The staff also told me “Well, I was going to just give you the cheeseburgers for free, but you had to order nuggets too, so I am going to charge you for all of it”. Nearly $20 later, and after a lack of clarity on the receipt and credit card situation, the food itself proved to be my next disappointment. To begin my “Big Mac” came without lettuce, onions, cheese, pickles, and was as dry and sad as it looked. Some of my cold fries were black and nothing was fresh. I am most certainly not Lovin’ It.

This McDonald’s is hit or miss, and today was definitely a miss. They forgot half of the food my husband ordered, and all of the eggs had weird black patches on them. It was a total waste of both money and time.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, but the service was great. Kat the manager was very friendly and professional and walking around making sure the location that was clean was even more clean. The other employee was great and brought us our food. There was a family ordering in Spanish and they were super patient even with a small language barrier. Thank you Kat for making the experience wonderful. It has a play place for the kids. Hand sanitizer machines all around.

Every time I go here… “machine is down”. I live 2 minutes down the road it’s insane how frequent their machine is down. Makes me wonder if they don’t require maintenance on their machines how frequently do they clean them? Only have good experiences here in the morning for coffee and that’s about it. If you go after 2pm expect either death stares from employees or embarrassing service from a basic chain restaurant.

Yea this place is disgusting, floors are filthy and puddles of I hope soda from the counter all the way into the bathrooms which are on another level of never been cleaned. Maybe these fast food chains need to go back to management and stop prioritizing the drive through over cleanliness of the restaurant, it seems that they all put an emphasis on the speediness of the drive through over everything else. In this case being a very busy area with alot of traffic can you not have a couple employees focusing on the importance of cleanliness?

The place was filthy. The tables were dirty people were cleaning them with hand sanitizer, workers did not clean. There were tossed fries all through out the floor of the store. There were fries boxes and bald up paper and dirty k napkins. Staff made negative comments and were arguing with customers at the register.

Very slow service on a Sunday around 2:30 p.m. Overheard manager tell a customer (who waited over 20 minutes for his meal) “to not come on a Sunday” if he wanted quick service. No updates on why food took over 20 minutes to arrive.

Woman at the counter was non friendly. When I asked whether I needed to take a number before finding a table she first didnt answer me and then said well I gave you a number already. Then she brought out 2 orders and never gave the other person his order. She left it 2 tables away from where he was sitting and walked away. My person who came out from the prep area out back brought my order and was very friendly and thanked me for my order.
