Mangers are rude, unprofessional and lazy. These mangers don’t know anything about customer service, food quality, etc.
These mangers knows a lot about nothing and very little about anything.
The food there is pathetic and been sitting in that warmer probably 2 hours. Dried out eggs, cold pancakes.
Hardees has better staff and service than this place.
Avoid this place. The quality of food shows the laziness of the managers and staff working there.

Got new banana split mcflury and they gave me a small for what supposed to be a large for way more then what should been paid fir the cost of the size but new ice cream was delicious

Service here is very poor. If you go inside to order expect a very long wait. Honestly, just avoid this place.

I ordered a double quarter meal made like a big mac with a large caramel frappe no whip. The sandwich was made incorrectly and the drink had whip. I returned for a remake and the patties they gave me were not fresh off the grill and dry. The box was full lettuce and mac sauce and my pickles and onions were nowhere to be found. Anytime I come through this location I can count on an issue. This total order was over $30 and the last they’ll receive from me. I called to speak with a manager and I’m sure he hung up on me. As a former district manager for McCopCo this is so disappointing this is my local McDonalds. I am looking for somewhere to post the photos of my food

We stopped in got coffee and a soda friendly service clean restaurant in bathroom not very busy inside the young lady at the front counter was nice enough and brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me and I really appreciated that that was good customer service. I would definitely recommend stop on in
