Had an injury that left me physically unable to come in and use my birthday coupon. I called ahead asking if they would honor my coupons that expired a week ago, to which they agreed! I came in right after & was greeted with a warm welcome, given a table to accommodate my walker & walking distance, and enjoyed a wonderful lunch.
Taylor was my waitress, and she was not only polite and attentive, but she was knowledgeable and great with providing service. After my meal, we struck up a conversation where she listened to my personal experience with my injury and she was kind and comforting to talk to. Overall I am thankful for this restaurant and the level of care they provide beyond the dining experience. They make sure you feel at home and comfortable while in their establishment. I will always recommend Eddie Merlot’s to my friends, family, and real estate clients.

A delightful experience with my mother for my birthday. The head waiter made us feel very comfortable and took excellent care of us. The steak for my salad was delicious and perfectly paired with the salad ingredients. The dessert was good and I greatly appreciated the added detail of a birthday candle to make it special. The waiter kindly packed an extra sweet for me to take home and enjoy the next day. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff made it all a great experience! I recommend visiting.

My wife and I went for our anniversary and we could not have been more thrilled with our experience! The restaurant had a really great atmosphere that set the standard as soon as you walk in. Our server Candace was absolutely amazing! She was super attentive and really made us feel valued. Cassandra was also a pivotal part of making the night great! I REALLY want to thank the staff for making it an experience to remember.
This was my first experience with wagyu and it did not disappoint at all! Everything came out at the perfect moments and the tastes were to die for. Highly recommended place for a special date night or whenever you can. We will absolutely be back again!

The service and atmosphere was on point. The food was amazing. I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and she was blown away. The acoustic paneling made it very easy to talk even with it being a busy friday night. Our waitress was very polite and very attentive when it came to drinks and plates. The calamari here is better than most places I’ve been to. The creme brulee was also a highlight and is a perfect couples desert to end a night on.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday last night, and we had a wonderful dinner at Eddie Merlot’s! We were greeted with a smile by Jackie at the hostess desk. Misty was our sweet, friendly and knowledgeable server. She was great! Her assistant, Drake, was very personable too! The food was delicious! So it all made for a very enjoyable evening!!

We went to Eddie Merlot’s for Valentine’s Day, and despite how incredibly busy it was, the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. There were delays with seating, which is totally understandable on such a busy night, but the hostesses were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the wait much easier.
Our server, Karol, was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch and did everything she could to take care of us despite the delays. Her attitude, kindness, and effort made such a difference in our night.
