This establishment deserves 0 stars!! I had a horrible experience at La Cazuela. First off the young man who was our server was very rude & short. He did not greet or introduce himself, he just placed menus down. When it was time to order I asked him “what type of steak/cut do they serve”? His response was “idk steak” with a snug look on his face like my question was dumb. I immediately requested a new server from the manager, who didn’t even care to ask why or what happened. He was then switched out with a young lady who was nicer. The young man came back behind the bar & served 2 other Mexicans drinks to go! A older man next to me asked for a drink to go as well (since we all saw them serve 2 other guys drinks to go) the young man said “no we don’t do drinks to go”. The older man said I just watched you serve those men drinks to go. The young man said verbatim “ they are the owners & they can do that bc they own the place” the young man (server) & the older man proceeded to go back and forth & things got heated! I stepped in on the older mans behalf because I didn’t like the way he was getting spoken to by the server. I stated “ that was not right, & if they are the owners they should be getting liquor to go in the back office, not in the front where customers can see” the server then said back to me “get your own restaurant & then you can do what you want there”. There was a heated exchange they ended up kicking us all out & calling the police!!! Very unprofessional young entitled people who claim they are owners! They have NO respect for black people!! I will never attend this restaurant ever again!!! I did not get his name but there is a picture for reference attached.

The food was great!! Huge portions, well seasoned, short wait times and great presentation… The service is ok.,.. some are always better than others… But I keep getting the same person and she’s not very attentive… Other than that I highly recommend this spot…

Definitely some beautiful choices and selections of food. Outside covered patio seating or inside seating is available. Visited during the week. Wasn’t too crowded, but parking lot seemed to fill in quickly. Definitely would recommend for a small group. Have patience if you have a group of 5 or more.

Ate here for some night food. Service was quick and easy. The crew didn’t hesitate to sing happy birthday to our friend.
I believe I had the pollo de chihuahua. It was good but I wish they’d sliced my chicken. 6/10
Overall the food was slightly above average. I think it depends on what you get. For example, my friend at the chicken, cheese and rice and she loved it.

The food was fine, nothing to complain about, nothing to brag about. But the service? That’s another story. Our waitress moved at a glacial pace and acted like bringing out drinks was a personal favor.
Then comes the kicker: they automatically add a tip if your party is three or more. Three! Guess that makes us a “large group” now. Nothing like being told to tip for service that barely existed.

It’s not bad restaurant or anything, but it’s typically your standard Mexican restaurant. It’s clean, so I’ll have to give them that, and the service was okay at best. I did enjoy eating the chips and queso, and I thought my fajita entree is decent, although the meat was kind of… dry, but they do have good portions, so I’ll take that.

This restaurant use to be so good To me now every time I go my food is cold and the food portion get smaller and smaller..my steak in my happy plates always hard like it’s been sitting out all day…and they give you little to no cheese just so you can place a whole order of queso cheese!!! And 4 shrimp! This was the last 18.00 they will get from me…not to mention they charge a “to go fee”…food has gotten terrible!!!!!!

If you are a party of 2 and one has a baby you will be charged as 3 and they add gratuity on both tickets for both people, I think they are getting over!! Happy plate was small rice was too soft. Also if you order a 2for1 and don’t get to the other drink, they still charge 12.50 for 1!!! The business is obviously going down hill with the reflecting changes they have made. I would eat at Margaritas Mexican grill… they don’t charge extra or skimp peoples food or try to scam people! Also attitudes here are bad! Just don’t eat here the vibe left when they finally renovated it.
