I showed up because when over the phone and online i attempted to order 40 tenders with 4 flavors being honey bbq, honey mustard, sweet chili, and garlic parm when i called i was put on hold for 10+ minutes before another member of my party called because we felt ignored. The employee who answered had a lot of attitude over the phone when explaining that online it says 4 flavors but only lets us pick two. So i had to go to the store and i had the same issue the employee had attitude again even when i pointed out that the menu clearly says “40 tender choose 4 flavors” the associate was clearly not being helpful so i asked for the manager afterwards she complied with us and wrote down the flavors once the order was finished the manager came out and explained that 40 tenders only get 2 flavors but when i pointed out that HIS menu said 4 flavors he attempted to down play the fact that they were wrong in the situation once i arrive home and unpack we open our food and they did not give us the Honey mustard we ordered. I wish i had a better experience i understand bad day but when there is clear proof that a person is wrong then the incorrect party should Atleast apologize

It’s so hit or miss- this is more than likely my last time ordering from here. The fries were literally stale, cold, and zero seasoning. The chicken was soooooooo tough and dry. There’s been times where it’s been amazing, but the past few times were just terrible. Over 1/10.

I hadn’t ordered from Wings Over Worcester since their remodel and rebrand, and unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. Everything came with an upcharge, the food arrived cold—likely due to their switch to Uber for delivery—and part of my order was missing. When I reached out, I was told I’d receive a $3 refund in a week, but they wouldn’t resend the missing items, despite charging $4 for delivery.
Overall, the service and quality didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be ordering from them again. Honestly, you’ll get better food and service from a local pizza shop than from Wings Over Worcester.

I feel, and have felt ever since they opened a location in Worcester, that they have the best wings around. They have soooo many different flavors, that everyone should be able to find at least one that they will love. And the chicken itself is always great. I have never had a piece that was chewy or stringy.
It is not the most inviting place to sit and eat your food. It is small. Super bright. And there is ALWAYS a lot of people and delivery drivers mulling about waiting for orders. Which is a testament to how good the food is, but makes for a busy, crowded feel. Either way, eat in or take-out, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a 24 pc, got 19 wings. The wings themselves were hard and dry. Good flavor, just not cooked right or sat too long. Fries were good. Just upset I spent $40+ and didn’t get what I paid for. Staff was a bit overwhelmed but not rude or anything.

We drove from Philly to Wister just to eat this wings and Kelly SQ pizza across the street! Sounds crazy but every bites worth the miles lol The chicken wings are amazing, my favorite one is Korean sauce and sweet chili. And they don’t make us wait too long for 30 wings! Would absolutely come back for this Gem!

They took orders week before for superbowl, paid when ordered and when you get there atleast 40 angry people waiting because they took way to many orders . No way to get money back so you just walk eat the money wasted so you can still see game ! 430 scheduled pick up and order they said was going to be 5:45.
