I got the Oreo brownie frosty. It was amazing as always. I asked for some baconator fries. I got 2 slices of bacon on top of cheese fries. Not worth $5.

Worst Wendy’s ever! The place was empty, which should have been my first clue , the cashier was rude ,more worried about talking with her male associates and fanning herself than getting my order together. The lobby was disgusting from sticky floors to a near indistinguishable design on the carpet because of the filth from what I can only assume hasn’t been cleaned since the store opening . The restrooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned or stocked in days /weeks as there was one half empty roll of toilet paper to share between 2 stalls , used toilet paper all over the floor , trash can full of feminine products overflowing so that the lid was opened. Just plain nasty . Needs to be shut down . Especially if you have absolutely no customers in lobby or drive thru and cannot even pick up a broom or mop . But you think you deserve $15 an hour ? Hahaha

If you live in center point you’ll prolly never get a chance to eat here I pulled in 3 times so far since I moved here and have yet to even place an order. They closed at 11 on Monday Dec 22. I pulled in she said a 15 min wait we said ok then she came back and said we closed really rude. Another time I timed 20 min till somebody came to the speaker and said we not taking orders. Like I hate this place so much used to love Wendy’s till this one came to this one. I’ll never come to this franchise again. They employees can see me outside fr.

I try to avoid this Wendy’s because of how bad the customer service is and how slow the orders are taken care of. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, and one was completely raw. I’m glad I looked down before I finished the whole thing, but man, how can you let something this extreme slip? I asked for straws, and the cashier didn’t want to give them to me until the bag of food was ready, which made no sense. I regret coming here, especially since they didn’t offer me a receipt. It’s not even worth the risk to eat anything from here since they serve the food raw. I hope I don’t get sick from this.

Came in to get a quick bite. Went to the bathroom first to use the bathroom it was nasty and you could smell the weed coming out of the men’s bathroom where they came out laughing while the weed smell just rolls on out. Ordered some food got our drinks and the counter by the drink fountain nasty the tables are nasty. They gave us dirty trays and wet. I got a baconator and my meat is cold as all get out. I would highly recommend skipping this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Today vs back in the day when restaurants really cared about the quality of the food. The taste of the foods have declined tremendously every where. What kills me is how they cut back on ingredients or stop all together. But they increase the price and take away flavor, heat control, freshness. Been waiting almost a month for them to give me a refund for my order. Ive called corporate and it’s waiting on the restaurant because they have to approve it. They did not tell me before I ordered the item that it was out of stock so it was to late to cancel it. This was back on Oct 18. And they still haven’t processed my refund.

Got here 10 30 pm ro pick up uber eats. lobby is locked. 1 employe put side talking to people in parking lot Awful time to be on break with 8 cars in drivethrew that haven’t moved for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes 1 car leaves with food. I get to the speaker at 11:05
Get the food at 1115 Need to hire more staff or at least take breaks at correct times not when they are slammed. Store is supposed to close at 12 am this is unacceptable and making me loose money. If I cancel it affects my scores.
