Not bad. Not great. Had me waiting for a while with a few cars in the drive thru. The food wasn’t hot when I got home after a 3 min drive home. The bun pictured was kinda soggy too. Gave 3 stars because I’ve had better experiences in the past.

I stopped to get just the “Whopper” and this Burger King did not disappoint. I haven’t had a whopper in a while and was craving for one. This was the best whopper I have had in yearrrrrrssss. The young lady (light skinned) in drive thru 12/16 around 1pm was very professional. The food, the customer service was top tier. Thanks again and I will be back. I’m contemplating whether I should go back for dinner .

Felt uncomfortable and as a customers I was not asked about my order or was I all set until a black female worker asked me was I all set. I placed my own personal order and was picking up an uber order and was told to get an insulated bag. I had my husband bring the bag to get the uber order and was still ignored to get the order to deliver. My husband end up sitting there to get the order because I was getting crusted with the same lady who was being rude and prejudice towards me because of the color of my skin. Overall experience at this Burger King was horrible and I will never accept an uber order from here and get food for myself from here.

Drive through Cashier was really nice and helpful. Sandwich maker needs to be fired. Cold ham, cold croissant, broken off half of a piece of an egg. I added double ham. So instead of making me a fresh sandwich, they clearly they took a sandwich that was already made/sitting in the rack and just slapped ham on it. Didn’t try to warm it or anything. Extremely disappointing since I was on the road and unable to rewarm. Just can’t get great service and great food at the same place any more.

I went to drive thru this morning order fully loaded croissant wich. Customer service wasn’t good. I got cold hash browns sandwiches was mashed together . Nobody ain’t the phone.. I’m good on coming back. I spent 12:51 I got French toast. Everything was throw in the bag. Enjoy what you got cuz I won’t come back

I spent almost 45.00 for 3 people to eat. All three orders were for burgers. The burgers were not edible. There was way TOO MUCH char on the burgers. It was like eating a burnt burger. The char overrode the burger taste. Which resulted in the burgers tasting less than desirable.

Please check your food before you leave the parking lot! I ordered off of the app! Fresh off the broiler, with cheese cut in half! I went to drive thru and everything was ok….until I got my food! I got a cold burnt burger with cold/unmelted cheese! Circled around and went in…the 2 guys at the front counter accessed the situation, got with the kitchen and made everything right, without question! Gave me a happy surprise for the inconvenience… and I was thirsty, lol! That’s the reason for my rating!

First off a manager did not know how to use the virtual gift cards. Ok I get it and she wasn’t even trying to learn. Ok I used my cash. My husband did also,but then you gave me cold food and burnt onion rings. And I said thank u and I didn’t get a response. Below are pictures of the meal. I’m so disappointed in them you should have some pride of where you work i would have . Now I will not ever come back to that location only the one on Tara Blvd. They got it going on.

This is my go-to spot, they are fast efficient fresh and delicious the staff the staff is one of the main reasons I keep coming back they are very overstanding and humble and kind and friendly. We all just trying to make it and they literally are the definition of understanding that. Definitely recommend
