No smiles from the drive thru employee and when I handed her my fundraiser voucher she looked at me like it was a fake or so.ething that created or made up on my computer. I don’t believe she had ever seen one before. And the donuts were all mashed and bent. Most upsetting was the size of the donuts. They were nearly half the size they should be. I’ll never go back to this location ever again.

I’m not sure what’s changed since I lived here before but the service at this location is trash. My son is blind so he always places his orders online and I pick them up for him so I check them he loves the specials and usually gets whatever theme is going on. Last night he did the valentine box and of course when I get to the store around 815 the front door is locked so I go to the drive through and they claim they are completely out when I call my son he wants a refund and we are told we have to do that online. Online clearly states the refund is processed through the store but every time we call today the manager is in the bathroom. Does he have some sort of health issues idk but I’ll be heading up there to find out because enough is enough. I’ll be glad when a new location comes.

Well it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to this Krispy kremes. March 2024 now….And a lot has changed. Do you know that you can order six dozen donuts at 6:00 a.m. in the morning which was awesome considering we had a volunteering event we were doing. Prices were still really reasonable customer service was awesome and of course the donuts are fabulous

Ordered ChocoMania @ $20/dz. Got home. Why do I have 4 glazed in my box? Beyong pissed. This was not an accident. Someone knew what ChocoMania meant because there are obviously chocolate doughnuts in the box.
