We recently visited Las Palmas and found the experience to be… alright. The atmosphere was pleasant, with comfortable seating and a generally welcoming vibe. The service was attentive and friendly, and our server made sure we had everything we needed. However, when it came to the food well-prepared and fresh, the dishes we tried lacked a certain spark in flavor… It was just bland but try it for yourself

Good lunch menu, and affordable. Beautiful on the inside with a nice bar. Do not expect TX sizes or TX quality here. But I plan to return, probably lively at night. I recommend them.

Last Palmas was a decent restaurant. I’m used to a little more flavor in my Mexican food. The food was just a little more bland than what I’m used to and the lime Margarita was a little heavy with mix and very little Tequila. My friend had the frozen tropical margarita and said it was good. Our waiter was friendly and gave good service.

The enchiladas supremas were some of the best ever and even the queso has a very unique spice and creaminess. The server Magdalene was amazing. It seemed like everyone my glass neared half full she was right there with fresh unsweet tea and a smile, even though she was working more than one table. This is also one of the few places around the area that has customer parking or front and the dining area is spacious and clean. Good food, good service and good atmosphere. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

My experience at this Las Palmas location was extremely disappointing. I went to the bar simply to order one taco and a lemonade, which should have been a quick and easy interaction. Unfortunately, the service I received was some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
The server (Joselino, according to the receipt) repeatedly acted like he could not understand me, even though he clearly spoke English. I had to repeat myself multiple times while ordering something very simple. Instead of listening, he kept asking the same questions over and over again, which made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. It felt as if he was intentionally acting like I didn’t know what I was saying.
On top of that, his attitude came across as dismissive and rude. I felt like I was being treated poorly and not taken seriously as a customer. When I checked out, the situation still felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that the manager did nothing to address the situation, which made it seem like this type of behavior is acceptable there.
I have been to Las Palmas before and had a good experience, which is why this visit was so surprising and upsetting. The tacos are good, but the service and treatment I received this time were unacceptable. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered three tacos for take out. Another day I had LP special and seafood tacos. They were enough to share with two adults and tastes were good.

Was ok experience, fajitas were over cooked and dry. I’m from Texas so our fajitas are cooked medium rare with skirt steaks. Las Palmas was very tiny cuts and under seasoned. Veggies on the sizzling plate were still hard. LP special was cooked fine. Service was friendly and attentive. Margaritas were not strong. I wouldn’t come back because I love thick & juicy fajitas strips and they didn’t do it for me.

Recommended by the hotel staff. I have been here 4 weeks for work and have passed this place several times and they are always busy.
So, I went last night when I got into town, I stopped in and ate. Oh my goodness, this food was so good. I am a creature of habit so, I got a Taco Salad Fajita w/Steak. It hit the spot. I also ordered a Fajita Quesadilla w/shrimp for lunch tomorrow. It looked amazing too. My server was really nice and when I left people were waiting in line to get in!!
