If you are a Mexican food restaurant and your premier dish is fajitas teach your cooks and managers how to cut them. They come out first time cut with bias… explained to management and response was. You want cut different I quickly replied no I want cut correct like I explained. The picture is the second attempt. I have no words except please learn how to cut skirt steak and know what bias is.

This place was great, they have the best salsa. The grilled chicken was amazing, the flavor Mwah! We had a variety of food and it was all terrific. Definitely our new fav Mexican in Sulphur Springs! The waitress was excellent as well, attentive and super friendly!

We need a quick lunch while running errands, Don Lalo’s was the choice of the day for us. Upon going into the restaurant we were seated pretty quickly. The table we were sat at could have use some maintenance but it was suitable for the moment. Our Server was very attentive to our request and quick to get drinks and salsa to the table. Salsa was very good, could have used a little bit more heat for our liking. Chips were fresh and good. We had three of us my son got the Child’s Enchilada plate, he’s said it was good, he didn’t care for the refried beans. My husband got the tamale’s and he said they were kind of bland, but enjoyed them and the rice. My plate had a cheese enchilada which was tasty and the chicken enchilada was excellent. Very favorable. We will come back and try some new dishes our next time in town.

Well, I went here today, and needless to say that the service wasn’t very good. Everyone that was working that I observed looked like they didn’t want to be there. No service with a smile. We waited about 15 mins before food came out. Our server had the personality of a stick. Terrible customer service. The food wasn’t all that great either. To me, it did not have much of a taste. I will not be going back to this place ever. God bles

Was immediately seated and greeted by our server Cristian. One of the best servers we have experienced….he was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. The food was fresh, hot, and outstanding. The salsas were mild in my opinion but had great flavor. Excellent chips, and both the corn and flour tortillas were fresh, had great texture. We will definitely making this one of our go to spots in the Sulphur Springs area.

Save yourself from disappointment. A friend and I ate here last night, the food was terrible, the salsa was easily the worst I’ve ever had. It tastes like tomatoes in water. I got the nachos and they were like 20% edible. Shredded cheese was super hard and all over my nachos, chips were oily and stale, ground beef looked like it had been cooked and then reheated. I ate less than half before I just completely lost my appetite. My friends chicken fajitas looked like the frozen chicken you can buy at Walmart. The only thing I can brag on is the drink I had, it was a mix of Sangria and Pina Colada, and it was tasty.

Woah! This place just looked like another Tex-Mex restaurant but it was probably one of the better ones I’ve been to. There was something about the meet that was sooo good. It had a lot of flavor and it was juicy. Even the salsa was awesome. I wouild recommend this place to anyone. Also, the waiter was excellent.
