I’ve given this place far more chances than it deserves. I typically visit about twice a month, and somehow the experience continues to decline instead of improve. This place screams overpriced cheap slop.
Took my family to dinner on 1/10/26. The buffet was practically empty and what was available was cold, stale, and clearly not fresh. Instead of refilling the food or addressing the obvious problems, management stood around the register talking amongst themselves, doing absolutely nothing. If the buffet is empty, there is no excuse for management to be idle. That is literally the core of the business model.
I’ve also witnessed management being VERY rude to some of the other employees, including disabled employees.
Management has consistently been inattentive, rude, and lazy. In prior visits, Ginger has repeatedly been dismissive and unprofessional. On my most recent visit, Tanya took over that role, offering the same level of indifference and poor attitude. No acknowledgment, no concern, no attempt to fix or restock anything. The obviously new employee is trying his best, doing more than the rest of his team back there and there was another manager who almost started a fire with his wallet near the buffet tables.
The cheesy ranch stix and chicken were the final straw for us. The stix tasted and smelled sour, to the point where it was obvious they should not have been served at all. The chicken was cold and dry like chicken jerky. It was hard to ignore the feeling that many of the items on the buffet were well past their acceptable freshness window. Serving food that tastes expired is not just bad service; it’s unacceptable.
On top of all that, the drink options are extremely limited and unimpressive, adding yet another reason this place fails to justify its price.
A buffet lives and dies by food quality, freshness, and attentive management. This place fails on all three. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend it to anyone who values basic food safety or competent service.
One extra star for the salad bar, even though there was no spicy boom salad available.

The food is good, but Tanya is GREAT!!! She treated my family and I as if we were guests in her home. Although we got there right before closing, she did not rush us, but told us to take our time. Tanya (i hope i spelled her name correctly) treated us like her own family. We will definitely be back based on her service alone! Please give her a compliment, a raise and a promotion; she more than deserves it!

There is not a Pizza Ranch in my hometown Monroe Wisconsin. I’m sure it would do good there so I have to drive 35 Miles to the nearest Pizza Ranch in Verona Wisconsin. Which is always worth the trip. I don’t know where you’re coming from but I recommend going out and started the car and getting over here at Pizza Ranch in Verona.

My daughter and I came to Pizza ranch the day before Christmas. It wasn’t super busy. I used a coupon I had so it was only about $17 dollars for my daughter and I for the buffet!! Ginger helped us at the counter, my daughter told her she only ate Cheese pizza Ginger had a cheese pizza made for us which was brought to our table before being paced on the buffet.
We also enjoyed Cherry dessert pizza!

We ate there tonight. Food was freshly served customer service was excellent. Right there after your plates were empty. Had fresh desserts made and ready. Loved the whole experience.

Our family loves this place. There is food for all ages and we never leave disappointed. Salad bar is awesome and on Thursday they have bpne-in and boneless wings available. Their fried chicken is so good as well. Worth the cost if your family eats a lot.

We had a last minute team dinner following a soccer game and Melinda was so helpful in accommodating our group of 24. She hooked us up with some tasty desserts and even entertained the kids with the prize wheel.

Love it! My favorite pizza was the Hawiian-esque one with spicy mango sauce. The taco pizza with Doritos on it was a unique twist that made it much better than normal taco pizza. They were slammed when we got there, because of a party it seemed. Pizza was being taken as soon as it was sat down. So we had to be patient, but at the end of our visit they were getting a lot of new kinds out quickly and the rush calmed down. I’m very glad we stayed patient as it was well worth it.
