Food is usually of good quality but the rest of the experience is poor: kiosk-only ordering; long wait for eat-in food; asked for packets of hot sauce each time as part of kiosk order but are *never* included in the bag and have to ask for them; few to no napkins, forks, etc. available to dine-in customers; AC always on to freezing temperature; no option to ask for a cup of water from kiosk so have to ask someone for it, but only after waiting and trying to catch someone’s attention at the counter. Overall experience is _consistently_ poor. Not planning to ever return.

You charge us exorbitant amounts of money. Force us to pay extra for things it should just come with and then you don’t even fill it up all the way. I literally have to eat taco bell almost every day because I am homeless with a food allergy. It just so happens that taco bell is one of thee only places that doesn’t use the thing I’m allergic to. I literally have to eat here, it’s all I’ve got. I cry because it’s all I can eat. The least yall could do is make it the way it’s supposed to. At least give us the amount we are supposed to get which isn’t even very much to begin with. We are starving because of this billionaire greed. Come on whose side are you on.

I come here on almost daily basis and today when I ordered nacho fries I got some fries that hardly had any nacho seasoning and we’re basically completely white looking definitely not what I expected when I ordered nacho fries normally when I order them they are covered in seasoning. Be aware!! Do not trust them with your food. “Managers” breath smelled like alcohol and literally had alcohol coming out of her pours. kids in the back were passing the weed pen around. The whole staff is high/drunk. They screwed up the order and thought we wouldn’t catch it but as soon as I check the bag and mentioned to them. They turn around and hand me the rest of the food within seconds. Makes me feel like they might have known exactly what they were doing. They were rude and cussing the whole time when I’m trying to get the correct order. After that experience I throw all the bags of food away. I’m not gonna have my kids and wife get food poisoning. Waist of money!!!! Don’t trust the way they Handel your meal! Shady business practice! If only I could give them negative starts..

Edit: wife tried getting food for kids, luckily we have a dog that will eat burned food. I did try a few bites hoping it would be less burned toward the middle, no luck. Total garbage

we haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a year because the food was so poor. We decided to go this evening after New Year’s and the food was wonderful. The crunchy wrap the Mexican pizza was wonderful good quality too.

They didn’t even fill my bowl. It’s like a half bowl. Idk if the workers are doing their job poorly or if the owner is telling them to skimp on the food to price gouge people even more. Why am I paying almost $9 for something that wasn’t even made properly.
I just checked our other food and none of it is made properly. Everything is half the size it should be even though I paid for EXTRA meat. Why am I paying for extra and then being given half of the normal amount??? This is beyond theft at this point!
I ended up giving my food to my elderly roommate because he’s getting so skinny from the high food prices. I didn’t have dinner tonight. What yall are doing isn’t funny at all.
If the owner doesn’t take care of this problem they will be very sorry. Stop messing around with people’s food. Stop purposefully giving small portions. Or you will get what’s coming to you. Best believe
