It’s not that hat hard to wear a smile and communicate with customers. But clearly Kirsten didn’t get the memo. I’ve seen this person walk away from completing a task three times, she just pawns it off on someone else. If you aren’t happy with working at McDonald’s after ten years. Maybe you should find something else instead of letting it effect customers experience.

They were quick and efficient for getting us our mobile order. Got a hashbrown, McGriddle with Sausage, egg, and cheese. My wife got a biscuit with sausage. Both were delicious.

I rarely ever go to McDonald’s but because this time my car was down, I decided to go food absolutely disgusting. My patty on my burger was so dried out trying to even swallow. It made me gag my husband’s favorite sandwich is the big Mac, and he even said The sandwich he ate tonight was so bad makes him double think about even having another one. If you place a drive through order but have to come in to pee you can’t simply pick up your food inside ? There’s no way to switch it on your app and I was told “there should be a button to switch but no I can’t give it to you”. Making me wade through the drive through can someone explain this process
